    I was extremely disappointed with this vendor. There was a huge lack of communication and when there was any conversation, it was unclear. Scheduling trials was very difficult, one of mine got cancelled and the owner showed up late to the other. Me (bride) and my mom got trials done and loved them, but on our wedding day we were both given completely different hair and makeup. My entire bridal party also got entirely different hair and makeup than what they asked for. We paid a lot for our makeup and barley had anything put on us, most of it was gone by the end of the day. My hair did not hold all day and was very frizzy by the end. The owner of this business was one of my day of stylists and forgot to bring extensions for my mom, telling us we never actually agreed to them when we did. Although the overall look on my wedding day was fine, the hassle and frustration of working with this vendor was very disappointing. It was also a red flag for me that they changed business names completely between when I hired them and our wedding date. I would not recommend using them for a large event.

    It's interesting reading reviews on this platform that are visibly not real. I was a real client of this business and would use them again in the future. I booked while the Owner Andrea was running during a political race. She sent Chris her freelancer to my location and my day was perfect. His work was beautiful. My booking process was easy and Andrea the Owner was quick, easy and blunt while booking. It's unfortunate to see fake reviews left on her business portal that are directed towards her personally when she wasn't working. I would use her teams services again and plan on referring them in the future.

    Andrea is a toxic human being. She did not complete her work as promised, it was low quality work from her team. Andrea did not even show up on my day and sent other person who told me she double booked herself. Since her aggressive messages you can find on all wedding forums I wish to remain anonymous as she clearly has anger issues.
