I DO NOT recommend this company. This company had decent reviews, pricing, the work looked good, and it was easy to book and adjust services prior to my event date (wedding). Issues started 1 m prior to my event. I got a message that the person who booked my services messed up, was fired, and that since my event location was 1 hour from Charlotte I would be charged travel fees per artist. 75 per artist and I would have 3 on the first day of my services and 5 the next day! An extra 525 I had not planned for. I pushed back about this because if you’ve ever had a wedding you know a month prior payments are due for everything and it’s a very tight time let alone I didn’t want 5 artists packed into my bridal suite. Also an entire tank of gas wouldn’t cost 75. I negotiated down to 50 and they reduced my artists down to 3 per day. Which should’ve been fine with plenty of time to get ready (5pm ceremony) except the worst happened…. The first day of my services went great. My artist was friendly, made any adjustments I asked for my HMU, and I loved how everything turned out. The next day however, one of the artists didn’t show up and was not answering messages from the other artist. We later heard from the main office (in Vegas while I am in NC) so with the time zones hearing from them was delayed that the no show artist had an emergency and would not be showing up but they would try to find a replacement (not not find one) My artist (for Elite services) tried to remedy the situation by also doing hair services for the rest of the girls (4BM, 2 moms) while the other makeup artist continued with makeup. The makeup artist was extremely slow despite knowing the situation we were in and my artist had to speak with her multiple times. She complained about her boobs as she was breast feeding and while we tried to be understanding and even said she could pump and we wouldn’t mind just had a poor attitude the whole day. She tried to leave at the time we were supposed to be done even though all the services were not completed and had to be told to stay. She gave my MOH a lot of attitude (who is very sweet and was dealing with personal things herself) who was the last to be completed. My BM’s tried helping and asking if there was anything they could do to quicken things along but the artists continued trying to rush to get everyone done and the quality of work was poor and we were still running behind. I started having severe anxiety at this point and was not liking my hair. I tried explaining to my artist what was wrong and she tried in a rush to somewhat fix it but I knew it would need to be basically completely redone to fix and it looked nothing like what I requested. I was in such a panic I just said fine and went to get dressed at that point. I had to cut out all the getting ready photos I wanted. My mother in laws ear got burned because they were rushing to do her hair at the end. Once I got my sneak peak photos I cried looking at my hair in many of the photos. They gave me some money back after I complained (all via text not even a call) and I was not going to leave a review until a few days later I saw myself being shared on social media after all this!!! I asked to be taken down and it was done but how crazy…
