MAKEUP ARTIST ONLY Hello! My name is Ashley. I am a professional Minneapolis makeup artist with over eight years of experience. I worked for MAC cosmetics for almost 4 years and that is where I grew as a professional makeup artist. After working for MAC, soaking up all the trainings, learning from the best of the best and doing makeup on many clients, I knew I had what it took to venture off and start my own business. So, I did it afraid: In 2018 I started my own freelance makeup business-Ashley Larae MUA LLC. I couldn’t have done it without my faith in God.
My mission is to make you feel beautiful from the inside out, to enhance the beauty that you already have and to give you a confidence that turns heads as soon as you walk into any room. I can’t wait to connect with you!

Trave for assistant is not included. $1 per mile roundtrip. There needs to be an assistant if there is 6 or more including bride (max number with assistant is 10 including bride). The max number of clients I can accommodate on my own is 5.

Bride
Ashley Larae MUA was a dream to work with on our wedding day. Their communication was professional, timely, and concise throughout the planning process. On the day of, Ashley's calm and warm energy was a welcome respite during the hustle and bustle of the morning. The quality of their makeup artistry was gorgeous and sophisticated, and provided incredible value for the cost. My bridesmaids and I were all thrilled with our flawless looks that lasted all night long. Ashley is truly one of the best in the business and I would recommend their services to any couple planning their big day.
Best MUA
Ashley was so nice and pleasant to work with! She really went above and beyond on the day of and helped me with time management. She made my face absolutely BEAUTIFUL. My MOH wasn’t going to get her make up but after seeing my trial photos she got hers done too. Not to mention it looked even better wedding day. Everyone looked flawless, Ashley hit the mark with everyone regardless or skin tone or age. Work aside, she is very kind and easy to talk to. Very quick and fast communication via text. I would book her again in a heartbeat.
The Best
Ashley was a perfect professional, easy to get ahold of and, of course, incredibly talented. She took my inspiration photos and made them work for me and was flexible when I changed my mind on a few things the day of! She did a beautiful job with my bridesmaid, as well, and made us both feel beautiful for my wedding day. She even helped situate my dress for pictures! If you're looking for a skilled artist who will help make your day stress free, Ashley is your girl.
Perfect Makeup for a Pakistani Bride
Ashley was absolutely incredible to work with. Incredibly communicative, and so polite and professional. Her work is incredible, she literally knew what to do without me having to ask. Everyone in the bridal party also loved their look. She makes everyone feel so special. I would highly recommend Ashley to any bride looking for that elevated soft glam look!
