Owner/ Lead Stylist

Alexa is a licensed esthetician, certified and published makeup artist and hair stylist based in Phoenix, Arizona. She studied at a makeup academy and graduated from Arizona State University, both in 2020. Her love of makeup inspired me to go to school to make her dream of becoming a professional hair stylist and makeup artist come true. She's explored all types of makeup from; natural and full glams to character and design looks to special event makeup. She also do a range of hair styling for events.

I would say that I made Alexa Paige Beauty to focus on making the client feel their most beautiful. I strive to give every client the possibilities to try things even if they are unsure. I love the feeling when a bride looks at herself in the mirror for the first time after having her hair and makeup done and they feel absolutely stunning! Those are the moments I am constantly working for. I want brides to feel like themself on their big day while helping them enhance their natural beauty. Alexa Paige Beauty has alway been a business that works with people. We focus on being honest, open to feedback, and client oriented.

    I booked Alexa sight unseen from the East Coast for a black tie wedding in Scottsdale. I had not idea what to expect and I could not be happier with Alexa. She did an amazing updo (that lasted the entire night through some wild dancing!) and beautiful makeup that perfectly complemented my dress and complexion. She was easy to work with, very relatable and went above and beyond to help me be perfectly ready for the wedding. I would have hired her to do my wedding hair and makeup 100%! She is a natural at what she does, very talented, responsible (showed up early to set-up), and reasonably priced. I would recommend her without hesitation!

    I have absolutely loved working with Alexa! She’s super friendly, punctual, organized and my type A personality loves that. Hair and makeup were awesome, my hair held up all night from 12pm to 2am. Makeup was great too, held up really nicely throughout the day and I have oily combo skin which sometimes makeup just melts away but not with Alexa. She was also great at asking for feedback after the trial and really took it in consideration for my big day. The eyelashes did not poke my eye at all and stayed in all day/night. She also did my hair and makeup for a gala event and LOVED the look she did on me. Overall an amazing hair and makeup artist, she’s my go to and will be seeing her for future events.

    I booked her far in advance of my wedding based on her body of work on her Instagram. We did two trials (one in Feb and one in July) to try out different things before my October wedding. I wanted to be 100% sure of what I wanted and how it would wear before I made a final decision and she was so patient with me! She also drove out to my house for both trials and really went above and beyond. The look she created for my special day made me feel incredibly beautiful and was exactly what I wanted. It also wore beautifully in the unexpected fall heat as it was around 100 degrees for our ceremony and we were in pretty direct sunlight! Through sweat, dancing, and many great memories I felt and looked beautiful! She also went above and beyond to go to two separate locations and to wait for me to get dressed to do some body glow on my chest just to make sure my dress didn’t get makeup on it! She also made a mole on my chest virtually disappear! I was in utter disbelief at what she was able to accomplish and how much of a confidence boost that gave me knowing that little “imperfection” was hidden. If you are looking for someone who listens, does great work, and truly cares about her brides, Alexa is YOUR GIRL
