From the very first consultation, she was incredibly realistic about what we could achieve within our budget. Instead of trying to upsell us on extravagant options, she listened to our vision and offered thoughtful suggestions that aligned perfectly with our financial constraints. Her flexibility with payment options was a breath of fresh air, making the planning process much less stressful. It was clear that she genuinely wanted to help us create our dream wedding without stretching us beyond our means. On the big day, the floral arrangements and decor were nothing short of stunning. Every detail was beautifully executed and truly brought our vision to life. Our guests were in awe, and we received countless compliments on the flowers and overall ambiance.     Yvonne, the owner herself, and her team did a fantastic job with the mandap/chuppah design and decoration for our wedding. Her entire process is highly customer-oriented; she attends to all the details that matter to the couple and their family members, including design, budget, and execution. As a decorator, she was candid about what would make our wedding special and consistently informed us about necessary expenses, ensuring that the mandap design remained budget-friendly. For anything related to weddings, parties, or receptions, I highly recommend YJ Decorating.

    Yvonne went above and beyond in every way to make our decor vision come to life. She was incredibly prompt in all responses, flexible with the innumerable times that I changed my mind about this or that, and had amazing recommendations to elevate our wedding spaces. She accommodated a welcome event the night before with lovely cocktail vases. She attended our walk-throughs with the Langham staff and our planner so everyone was on the same page. It gave us peace of mind to know that she has amazing attention to detail and is so passionate about her art. She constructed the most magnificent Manzanita tree I have ever seen for our entrance table. It was a last-minute request on my part, and of course, she made it happen. The uplighting was elegant. The crushed velvet aisle runner was BEAUTIFUL. Our forever ring of greenery was a lush, elegant statement piece. The table arrangements were stunning and of the exact density of flowers and greenery that I had requested. Thank you YJDecorating for making our perfect day even more magical!

    I did not want to spend a lot on florist and picked a naturally beautiful venue that did not require tons of decor. When I had the consultation with Yvonne, I was impressed by her professionalism and familiarity with her portfolio as well as the quality of their rental items. As another reviewer mentioned, she also respected my budget, unlike another florist who proposed floral centerpieces even though I requested rental items (geometric lanterns). Yvonne also offered to participate in final walk-through and a final in-person meeting despite our relatively low budget. I did not get to talk a lot with Lisa, the day-of lead, but everything looked beautiful. The florist team seemed to work well with the caterer in set-up and flipping the room. I definitely recommend YJDecorating.
