We used Weddings By Epic for both their design/decor, including florals, month of planning, and coordinating services for our two-day wedding. We loved working with Jennifer to design our perfect day and the decor and florals turned out beautiful. I wish I could give them 5 stars based on that alone because it really was stunning. Unfortunately, our coordination services fell very short - for both days, our coordinator seemed to be working from an old timeline which caused many moments of confusion and frustration. Unfortunately, our second day was a mess and it significantly added to our stress. At the end of the night we were sent to the hotel without our phones and without our bags, and we also “lost” number of sentimental items that we haven’t been able to recover. While our coordinator did her best to try and track those things down, they were never found and we won’t be able to recover them. Weddings By Epic tried to make it right by re-making some florals (our wedding garlands) since we were having them pressed, but the remakes used different colors and I am not sure it was worth the investment in the pressed flowers since not only will it be different flowers, it’s now going to look different too. While we appreciate the effort, we were about done dealing with/following up on these things, especially after we had to sort out such a huge mess the night of and weeks following our wedding.
