Designs Dedicated to Your Dream Our design studio was established with the purpose of bringing dream event concepts to life for the Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus, Ohio areas. Located in West Milton, Miami County, OH and founded by Elizabeth DeSantis, Tulips Up's primary design aesthetic is a combination of garden, romantic, whimsical flowers and decor with class that won't break the bank. That is not all we can do. Bring us your Pins, bridal magazine pictures, pieces of fabric...whatever your inspiration, we love bringing design concepts to life.

Our relationships with our customers go above and beyond flowers. We aim to help our clients navigate the stresses of planning a wedding and offer support and suggestions for all areas of an event. We have the experience and expertise to create memorable events to match any style and budget.

Liz and the team at Tulips Up LLC were an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. From the beginning, Liz went above and beyond to understand our vision and execute it flawlessly. She was professional, responsive, and truly passionate about making our day special. The end result was absolutely stunning - our guests raved about the beautiful floral arrangements that perfectly complemented our wedding decor. We hired Liz to do our wedding arrangements and she went above and beyond!!!! I had a very specific idea in my head about what I wanted and other florists wouldn’t accommodate it, but as soon as I told Liz my envision she was on board and so excited about it!!! Everything looked so amazing and I truly could not have asked for better flowers!!!! I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

Liz and her team are incredible! She worked with me as I changed my mind on multiple occasions. She is SO creative. I obviously didn't know much about flowers/greenery, and she was able to bring my visions to life. She always answered my calls, texts, emails. Her prices are AMAZING. She puts so much care and creativity into her work! She even provides extras like table numbers, vases, arches, candles, backdrops, and more! (Which proved to be SO useful when you are planning a huge wedding - it helps that she provides small things so that you don't have to worry about it.) The fact that her team comes back to clean up is AMAZING. She provided us with a timeline, as well. Thank you for everything Liz!
