Do you provide staffing only?

The short answer is no, we are a full scale beverage catering company providing the whole smash! Absolutely everything needed for a fully functioning bar to seamlessly pop up at your wedding. We have definitely made exceptions in the past.

What services do you offer?

We are a full scale beverage catering company, and when you hire our services, we do ALL the work for you. We provide everything from cups and ice, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, insured professional bartenders and the physical bar, along with every little detail to have a full bar pop up at your event.

Can we customize a bar program to suit our style and budget?

Absolutely! We will happily work with you to customize your bar program.

Question 4

Do you offer a cash bar?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer a cash bar. We sell bar packages that you as the host purchase and then your guests have an open bar for 4 hours.

Question 5

Do you provide glassware?

Accepted Answer

Our bar packages include high-quality disposable cups, but not glassware. We may provide glass flutes for a champagne toast with a rental fee as well as glass tasting tulips for bourbon and wine tastings. Tossware premium disposable drinkware is available upon request. We are happy to work with your rental company implementing glassware into your bar program.

Do you charge for the total number of attendees or only for those that drink alcohol?

Our prices are based on the average consumption for all guests which include the use of high quality disposable drinkware, napkins, ice, alcoholic and non alcoholic options, garnishes, etc. All of your guests, regardless of age or drinking preference, will come to the bar from open until close for a variety and range of drinks, some more thirsty than others:)

What is a service charge?

A lot of careful, detailed and personalized planning is put into building a bar package. This charge takes into consideration our time with clients corresponding via email, text and phone calls to design the perfect bar program for your event as well as gas/mileage on vehicle, insurance on vehicles, general liability, liquor liability, back of house preparations such as staging for events, crafting ingredients, kitchen/culinary labor, building personalized menus, inventory, loading and unloading vans, dishes, etc. We pay an insurance premium to provide our services at private events and are happy to add your venue to our COI.

Do you provide additional furniture such as high top cocktail tables?

Accepted Answer

We offer our portable bars, high-top cocktail tables, a white wooden bar facade, and an event tent with lighting for rent.
