The Flower Girl Wedding Florist

Hi, I'm Heather Rouillard, owner and designer of Flower Girl Wedding Designs. I studied Horticulture in college. I took a floral design class as an elective, and fell in love! Once I graduated from college, I became a landscape designer/gardener but still has a passion for arranging flowers for weddings and events.

I married my high school sweetheart in 2011 and hired a local florist for my wedding. The flowers were not what I envisioned, over priced and the quality was terrible. Even though this happened, my wedding was perfect and this was the best blessing in disguise. It gave me the confidence I needed to open my own business and never have one of my couples feel the way I did about my wedding flowers.
