Meet Ceciel Fosco, originally from the Netherlands where she received a degree in floral design, Ceciel now resides in Chicago. She began her career at the renowned Holland flower Mart, where she refined her craft for eight years. In 1999, she launched her own floral business, which quickly gained popularity thanks to her exceptional talent and unwavering commitment to quality. Today, Ceciel's flowers is a brick and mortar shop, where she curates a stunning array of fresh blooms, captivating plants, and carefully selected gifts and decor. Her boutique isn't just a place to shop—it's a sanctuary where floral dreams come to life.
