Alexis, Thank you for posting the pictures of the beautiful bouquets we made for your wedding. I don't really understand how you felt that our communication was not adequate. We communicated with you in 55 emails and we were very clear with you about the payment policies. I don't know of any other florist that allows you to make monthly payments for your flowers. Our contract, as you posted, requires a 50% deposit and then you make monthly payments to fulfill the balance. The balance does have to be paid a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival. (so we make sure that the monthly payments are spaced so that the flowers are paid for 60 days in advance). We don't "hound" our brides, we just contact you monthly to collect your payments that you agreed to when you booked in your flowers with us. We were supposed to have burgundy stock in the bridesmaids bouquets; however, when the burgundy stock came in, it was more purple in color and didn't look nice in the bouquet, so I removed it and put in some beautiful burgundy spray roses in its place. When you came in to view your bouquets, you loved them. You had inquired about using remnants from the girls dresses to wrap around the bouquets and we did explain to you in an email that we could not do this. You acknowledged this but still brought the unravelling fabric in to the store. I wanted you to have beautiful bouquets and unravelling fabric would not have looked nice for your girls. We provided the exact flowers that you ordered for your wedding. You ordered personal flowers and 2 arrangements for the church with a flower for the blessed mother and 2 flowers for the mothers. We work with all budgets and had you wanted more florals, we could have accommodated you.
