We’re obsessed with the craft of smoked meat. Our certified humanely-raised meats are dry rubbed, slow smoked, and sauced by you. In some cases, we began smoking your meat yesterday to ensure you get the perfect quality barbecue. We smoke our meats in small batches, all-day, every-day. In some cases, we sell out when items are in high demand, but sit back, savor a bourbon or two, and try something new. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy our variety!

Our service will always go above and beyond. We don't want you to have to worry about a thing on your wedding day and we are always willing to go that extra mile. We love our wedding clients and want you to have the absolute best experience.

Nickie and her team are excellent to work with. We have done several weddings together in various venues around the Greater Milwaukee Area. They are punctual, helpful, friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure your day is extra special. They lend a helping had to other vendors when in a pinch to ensure your day is smooth and behind the scenes is running smoothly. Their food is exceptional, and service is top notch.

We have been fans of The Smoke Shack for years as a go to for some great BBQ food in downtown Milwaukee. When we wanted to have a more casual dinner buffet for our wedding we thought what could be better than BBQ! Smoke Shack was great when we went in for a tasting. If memory serves the tasting was free unlike a lot of other caterers and the pricing was comparable. We had a COVID wedding and had to make some last minute changes (8 days before the wedding) because our venue could no longer accommodate us. No problem! Smoke Shack just updated the location and adjusted their plan and delivered as promised. The food was great and the guests were asking for more. Highly recommend the KC Egg Rolls if you are going to get any appetizers! Thank you Smoke Shack!
