The Garden of Eaten is the Crystal Coasts first food truck for unique, healthy, and locally sourced food. In addition to our food truck we also have a mobile wood fired pizza oven where we serve scratch made gourmet pizzas.

Our truck is a mobile full-service commercial kitchen and can accommodate events of all sizes. From wraps and bowls to burgers and fresh cut fries, we can create a delicious menu for any palate or dietary preference.

    A tremendous THANK YOU and job SO VERY WELL DONE executing our staff appreciation celebration.   Jordan and his staff were highly organized and effectively delivered on a very tight timeline, all the while maintaining their professionalism.  The Garden of Eaten performed way beyond my expectations, and I received so many compliments on how great the food was. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

    Phenomenal food! Beautiful atmosphere, quality ingredients, and you can taste the passion. Jordan and gang are doing an incredible job, we always know we'll have a great meal and a great time! If I could give them a 20 star review I would!!

    I have worked several weddings and special events around ENC alongside Jordan and his crew and he has always been great. Whether the primary or secondary food source he’s always one of the first vendors there, very thorough, and so kind. I always look forward to his food too.. it’s so good!

    Garden of Eaten Food Truck is an amazing business! 15/10 would recommend for your catering needs. I reached out to Jordan about a year and a half prior to our wedding asking if he would be able to help in making our vision of having pizza at our reception come true. He kindly and enthusiastically agreed. He was easy to get in touch with, worked with us on pricing and making a customizable menu, and was kind enough to include accommodations for some of our guests with dietary restrictions. He was very flexible and professional throughout the whole process, and even came to the venue the day before our wedding with his family to scope things out and plan ahead. We were not as lucky with our other caterer in professionalism and preparedness, but Jordan was willing to help out where he could, going out of his way to make sure things went smoothly even though he didn’t have to. On top of all these other things, the pizza was so delicious. It was a big hit with our guests and something that we will remember for sure when we look back on this day. I would highly recommend Jordan and his family to anyone considering hiring them for an event. Thank you Jordan for helping to make our wedding special! We loved working with y’all!
