We are a family owned and operated Texas Hill Country caterer. We strive to serve the highest quality food. This starts with meats that are pit smoked for 18+ hours and sides that are made from scratch. Our clients are able to customize their menu to fit their needs and budget. We can accommodate events from a small party to large events of 1000.

Our family prides itself in the amazing service to go along with our yummy food. At every event you will see at least one family member in charge to make sure that everything goes exactly the way the client has requested. We also price in a way that there are no hidden fees or surprises at the end. We love what we do!!

    I highly recommend Smoke in the Hills for any of your catering needs. They have a great team who are very personable and fun to work with. I have worked along side them at many events. They have a great setup plans for any venue. Their food is amazing in flavor and quality. The service they bring to your event is top notch! You will be pleased with Kelly,Brad and their team at Soke in the Hills.

    We recently used Smoke In The Hills to cater our daughters wedding. We were very pleased with the outcome. They were very easy to work with, they delivered on what they said and the owner was very attentive to our daughter and her husband throughout the evening. The food was delicious. We would definitely use them in the future. We highly recommend them!
