About our Owner and Founder of the business Tim is Distinguished for his talent and creativity on the national food scene, Chef-proprietor Tim has earned the honor as one of the Top 25 Chefs in America by Food & Wine Magazine after he founded the nationally acclaimed restaurant, Serve All Catering, in 1987. Serve All Catering Company was established in 1987 in order to meet the growing demand for high-quality special events and corporate catering in Orlando Florida.

Serve All Catering has the best of both worlds. Our owner Chef Tim, who also oversees the company's kitchen and operations has cooked for many celebrities, athletes and public figures. Chef Tim has also made several television appearances that include the Today Show and local Orlando news stations. He has seen his culinary masterpieces at Serve All Catering Company grace the covers of 6 national magazines. Not to mention Chef Tim has also had countless features in The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Catering Magazine, BigBash, Special Events, and Catersource.

    Working with Serve All Catering through our recent gathering was a blessing and extremely smooth. We wanted a simple holiday meal served buffet style for 150 in a home, albeit a large home, but a home nonetheless. Jen, Chef Chris, and the rest of the staff knocked it out of the park. From set up to clean up, they took care of every detail. We had some major allergies in the group, and Chef Chris was on top of that the entire time. They even brought the linens for the tables we had rented. As the event organizer, I didn't have to deal with one detail regarding the dinner, which was such a blessing. When they left, it looked they they had never been there, it was that well cleaned up. Kudos to Serve All Catering for having such a effective and professional staff! I highly recommend them for your future catering needs.

    Jen and her crew were so nice, fun, and accommodating. They do whatever they can to make it the best experience. The food was SO GOOD that all my guests kept saying how good the food was and how much they loved the staff!! I am so happy I chose them as my caterer!

    From our first tasting with Serve All Catering, Tim and his team were incredibly kind and accommodating and served us some really great food. As we got closer to the wedding, they accommodated our requests for customized appetizers and helped us put together the menu that we wanted. They went through the checklist with us and assured us that everything would be in place on the big day. We enjoyed our appetizers, dinner, drinks, and the fun smore's bar that they set up outside. And we were very thankful for the service they provided to us at our sweetheart table and to the rest of our guests during the reception and cocktail hour. Thank you Serve All!
