We did not do a traditional sit down dinner for our wedding, but instead a lot of action stations. Saltblock worked with us to create a menu that felt entirely like us and even customized it with items that they currently did not offer. They are such great collaborators! Their pastry chef went above and beyond making our vision of a millefoglie cake come to life, which was built live at the wedding!! Our guests loved the smoking chamber for our old fashioned cocktail, just another way to elevate their service! Saltblock along with our wedding planner actually surprised us with a pickle fountain (an idea I threw out very last minute as a "I wish we could've done this") and boom they delivered!! Their onsite staff is absolutely incredible as well! If you want great food & amazing service, look no further!!

I used SaltBlock Catering for my wedding event this past weekend and I had nothing but compliments for all of the food that we had for our event. They were extremely accommodating for any dietary needs that there were and everything was delicious. I would absolutely use this company again for any events!

I separated my wedding to be a little non-traditional, having my intimate ceremony for 25 and then a reception a few weeks after for 200. I did both my ceremony family-style dinner and cocktail and stations style reception with SaltBlock. From start to end, my experience was 10/10. They worked with me to create a menu (with a few custom items) that fit everything I visioned for my special day. Their on-site team was incredible, and made sure my husband and I got a chance to enjoy every bite & every sip. Speaking of sip - CHECK OUT THEIR BAR PACKAGES AND COCKTAILS, you won’t find anything like it. Our reception had out of this world cocktails that left people in awe. From mocktails to smoked cocktails, the bar was an interactive experience that everyone surely remembers. I can’t recommend their services enough if you want a great dining/bar services that your guests are sure to remember.
