Director Of Mixology

I am the Director of Mixology for Mermaids & Cowboys in La Jolla and Run sustainable / healthy bar programs for SBSD Hospitality which covers over 12 bars in California . I have lived and worked in over 14 countries including Asia , Europe and Middle eastern regions where I have picked and learn so much about flavors and gastronomic knowledge . I invite people to my bar for wedding drinks tastings and give them the actual experience of crafting a cocktail . This is what I bring in the wedding events and intimate parties.

I speak over 5 languages and can make drinks how a guest likes it. I make home made cordials , infusions , bitters and give a complete mixology experience in a event. I prepare organic garnish , healthy cocktail mods and also do gluten free / alcohol free cocktails.

    Our event was small and intimate. There was only a handful of us but Praveen made us feel like we were the only ones there. The drink menu was so mouthwatering it was hard to choose - so we didn’t! We had seen Praveen’s mixology skills previously so we just asked him to make something custom for us - and he nailed it! Be as adventurous as you like - or keep it simple! No matter what, the service, the quality of drinks and the overall wonderful conversation makes Praveen the best way to spend an evening over drinks and laughs.
