    We have worked with Mercury in several different capacities over the years and they have been nothing less than fantastic each time. From being the caterer at private events, to being a fully integrated part of unique programming here at the Castle, Mercury has rolled up with their unparalleled level of cool, and impressed guests each time. They are also kind people who are respectful and easy to work with. Their food and bar offerings are a magic blend of classic and innovative, which truly is a vibe to behold. Plus, they have a portable bar in a vintage camper... wouldn't you want that at your outdoor wedding?

    When we were planning our wedding, we knew we needed a location that was flexible, warm and hospitable, organized, and quirky. Mercury fit the bill perfectly. Even more so than we ever dreamed. Clark and the staff were extremely amenable and professional. They made us (and our guests) feel well taken care of and a part of their family and ours. We still have guests at our wedding tell us regularly that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to (including our pastor who has been to MANY a wedding). What made it great was the beautiful location, the innovative drinks, the creative menu, and the hospitable crew. Mercury made the overwhelming process of wedding planning as simple and chill as possible. In fact, we regularly talk about when can we have a Mercury “wedding” repeat, it was that good amazing.     We hired Mercury to cater our wedding because we were already in love with their food and service from the countless visits to their shop. We didn’t know it was possible to like them more, but they totally blew us away for our wedding! Their chef helped us develop a menu that was interesting and unique to us, that still had the same quality and thoughtfulness that their everyday menu has. For drinks, they sat us down and through a series of questions they developed two signature cocktails that were unique to my wife and I, and they were a huge hit. There’s also nothing quite like ordering a drink named after yourself that is also perfectly tailored to what you like to drink. For the day of the wedding, they handled all the set up for food, drink, cutlery, plates and all that stuff, and handled clean up so we were free to enjoy the night. Truthfully, we met with almost every caterer in town and were completely unimpressed by their basic chicken, potatoes, and salad menus with huge pice tags. Mercury gave us a one-of-a-kind experience for our most special day, and they did it for a fair price. Thank you again, Mercury!!
