Loosh Culinaire was founded in 2003 with the ambition to bringing a new approach to catering. Catered food would excited and please the guests. Food would become an integral part of the event rather than simply a requisite.

Our attention to detail, love of food, and expectation for great service, results in top-level, attentive service combined with food that is a joy to eat. Loosh Culinaire consists of a team of experts who oversee each of the critical facets of a successfully catered event—Integration of the client’s vision, strategic planning and coordination, and, of course, excellent food, presentation, and service.

    There is not a single detail missed when working with Loosh Culinaire. Crawford has hand picked a top notch team to carryout his culinary vision at the highest level. Every event that we have done with them has been exceptional. From their menus to the displays, to even using their Central Energy, guests rave. Whether your style is high end with a plated dinner or laid back oyster roast, Loosh will give you exceptional food, stellar service, and a cool vibe. If in doubt, go with the braised short rib- you will not regret it!
