David Mullen was born with an appetite for all things culinary. With 35 years' experience in the field. David’s expertise stretches back more than three decades to Northern New Jersey. There, he was exposed to a multitude of ethnic, cultural and home-grown culinary influences. Moving to South Lake Tahoe years ago, David attended Lake Tahoe Community College where he majored in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management and honed his impressive skills. Today, David’s continuing passion for cooking and love for the natural beauty surrounding him in the Sierra inspired him to create a tasty new venture called Exquisite Grill.

    We had the opportunity to work with David and his crew at Exquisite Grill for our wedding. The service and food were impeccable. Working with folks that are part of the community and that was familiar with our venue and other service providers, including our coordinator helped to make for a seamless event. Several years later our guests still rave about the quality, flavor, and quantity of the food. Exquisite Grill curated an event and listened to every detail and request, we truly felt taken care of on our wedding day and beyond (so much food to take home). We cannot thank David and the Exquisite Grill team enough for providing a quality service and food experience we still continue to reminisce about, as we approach our tenth wedding anniversary.
