Chef, Dylan McShan hails from Houston where he has been at the helm of some of Houston's finest restaurants, including James Beard winning "Underbelly" & Rosie Cannonball to name a few. Now located in Far West Texas, Dylan brings his love of cooking and the outdoors to life. We pride ourselves on bright, creative and unique dishes - combining local ingredients with one our favorite elements - Fire.
