David Kirkland, the owner and executive chef of David Kirkland Catering and Turn restaurant, believes food and music brings people together. He began his career in the early-1990's, bouncing from the Café at St. Louis Art Museum (Catering St. Louis) to Frazier’s Brown Bag, and then Venice Café. Kirkland learned everything he could from some of the city's best. After moving back to St. Louis from a few years in San Fransisco, Kirkland returned to the kitchen with a mission, taking the helm at Café Osage in 2007. He opened Turn Restaurant and David Kirkland Catering in Spring of 2017.

    Dave Kirkland and his team did such an amazing job! The steak and chicken was raved about and their service was amazing. His team was so easy to work with as well.
