I am a Jersey City native with Indo-Caribbean roots, currently residing in Bayonne NJ. I found my passion for cooking in my mother’s kitchen, where I learn to create flavors that would leave you wanting more. After my mother passed away when I was 20, I took on the responsibility of caring for my younger sisters, keeping her spirit alive through her recipes. In 2017, my culinary journey took a significant step forward when I joined Liberty House Restaurant, where I developed a passion for fine dining and large-scale catering. I honed my skills in menu creation and banquet hosting.

I specialize in West Indian and as well as multi-cultural fine dining. My business is a labor of love, offering customized catering services. Building this business is not just about my love for food it’s about creating a legacy for my daughter and connecting with others through the joy of cooking!
