Besides the amazing venue where this plated dinner took place, we were most inspired by the choice of flavors this particular couple selected. Their choices inspired us to design bold and colorful plates that spoke represented both of their family's Hispanic heritage. By allowing our clients to design their own menus along with our guidance, we have been overwhelmingly successful at executing complex dinners that are both beautiful and delicious.

    Brooks and Landry was awesome to work with for our wedding. Brandon was quick to answer all of my emails, and they were able to accommodate multiple food allergies without any trouble. The menu ended up being slightly different from what we had planned on, but my guests loved the food so I have no complaints.

    First of all, their communication was incredibly responsive and flexible. They were quick to respond to our emails and worked with us to create a personalized dining experience during our private tasting. On our wedding day, their service and the quality of the food was truly top-tier. The menu was eclectic and super tasty, with so many unique and delicious options. Anytime we talk to our guests about our wedding, they rave about how amazing the food was.
