Hi, I’m Jerica, and I am OBSESSED! This is how I describe my relationship with desserts—and food in general. I took interest in culinary arts at a very young age. I cooked my first meal at 7 and my first brownies at 10. I romanticized the process. I loved picking the ingredients in my mother’s garden and also the open air markets back home. I loved preparing everything in cute neat bowls and learning from everyone who would teach me. I loved how the aroma filled the house. I loved setting the table and the conversations shared as we all enjoyed our meals. I have always had a loving relationship with food.

I am a Filipino raised on a little island called Guam. I completed my Associates Diploma from Le Cordon Blue of Culinary Arts. I have worked all over Las Vegas from small bakeries off the strip to kitchens up and down Las Vegas Blvd working alongside Masters of their craft. As one who has always been behind the scenes, I feel like working directly with the client brings me a new sense of joy, ambition, fulfillment, and relationships. I am ready to express my own creativity and collaborate with you to make a one of kind dessert experience you and your guests will talk about through out the years.
