One of the best of things about creating wedding cakes is playing with the different themes couples choose for their big day. One day I’ll be creating a bright and colorful wedding cake, tomorrow it might be an all black cake. Reminds me of me, one day you might catch me in big ‘ole hoop earrings and another day I’m rocking little pearl earrings. Best of all worlds.
