Evelyn is the owner and magic behind all the delicious treats. Growing up with a father who loved to grill cook for their family of six, Evelyn has always had a passion for baking. She has brought family recipes to the bakery’s repertoire and created many as well. You can see the love she has for baking in the work she presents and the taste in every bite.

Passion and patience for the work done in the kitchen are key traits to success for any wedding cake. There are specific training skills EAC has to achieve the dream cake the couple desires. For example, having great communication, organization, creativity, accuracy, precision, and a peaceful mind is needed to create the perfect cake.     Every After Cakery was incredible! She is so easy to work with that I am using her for every birthday or special event that we have. She was willing to figure out our dairy restrictions. The cake was beautiful and she even helped me navigate getting a groom's cake for my husband!

    Contacted the owner through Facebook. Pricing was clear and transparent. We ordered the wedding sample cakes from her to figure out exactly what we wanted for us and our guests. The final cake was beautiful and delicious. She was also polite and pleasant to work with. I’d recommend to anyone in the San Antonio area
