Hi there! My name is Clarissa, and I absolutely love a celebration! That’s one of the reasons I needed to become a Pastry Chef, because let’s be honest, it’s not a party without some dessert! I love to work with couples to create their ideal wedding cake/wedding desserts! My speciality definitely fall under the categories of Buttercream Cakes as well as Macarons! Macarons make such a cute, customizable wedding favor since you can choose whatever color or flavor you like!

So much love and care goes into every dessert that I make because I have such an intense passion for dessert! I will always go above and beyond to help your incredible wedding dreams come to an amazing reality.

    Clarissa can do it all! Macarons, Cakes, Cookies or pretty much anything you could probably think of! I first became obsessed with her buttercream cakes and then moved on to her amazingly creative and delicious macarons, where every flavor knocks it out of the park! Being obsessed, I obviously asked her to please make my wedding cake, where again she knocked it out of the park and made all my dreams come true! She is professional, punctual, and will always go that extra mile to make you smile! Oh and she is also as sweet as her cakes! 12 out of 10 Stars!!!

    I worked with Clarissa at a wedding (I’m a photographer), and she was amazing! The couple had extra desserts for me to take home and they were delicious. Clarissa is professional, accommodating and very detail oriented. Best and most important (to me) I enjoyed that she values her clients & guests. I see her active in her local farmer’s markets as well! Love seeing community loving vendors.
