Kindergarten buddies, Annie and Martha never let their surroundings determine their future. Raised in a neighborhood stricken with gang violence these two chose a different paths. Both women have graduated from college and work in communications and marketing. Always remembering the limited opportunity they encountered, but overpowering those limitations with joyful childhood memories especially those accompanied by a Conchita.

Creating a new treat, integrating colorful conchas and ice cream into sandwiches. Conchitas fuses the cultures of Mexico and Central California while using local commodities to produce amazing treats. ​We serve concha (Mexican sweet bread) and churro ice cream sandwiches, sundaes, café de olla, mazapan blended coffees and many more with gluten-free and vegan options. ​Our ice cream used in the middle of ice cream sandwiches, is customizable with different flavors and toppings. The conchas and churros are from a Ceres bakery, our coffee is from a Central California roaster and our ice cream is from a Central Coast creamery. ​
