Although Buttercream Houston is a new small business, Esmeralda has 9+ years of wedding and catering experience and a degree in Patisserie. We specialize in Traditional Macaron Towers and 3 tier wedding cakes, but we also offer a "Latin/French fusion" inspired menu to set your dessert table apart from the masses.

We're Latina Owned, classically trained and more importantly, trained by French Chefs who are MASTERS at their craft. Esmeralda is also a mom and is committed to bringing people together with lots of love and more importantly... DESSERT!

    I absolutely loved working with Esmeralda with Buttercream! I’ve used her for my brothers baby shower dessert bar and I’ll be using her for my own wedding as well. She is so talented and a true joy to work with. The creative process is SO EASY with her and she made it a lot of fun to pick out the design and overall theme for my order. She’s a joy!     Esmeralda was great to work with! Not only are her desserts delicious but she also goes above and beyond to understand your concept and really uses her skills to bring it to life. If you have an idea don't be shy to share with her, surely if you can dream it she can create it!
