Baked AF

My name is Amira Fahmy (hence AF 😉) and I’m the baker behind the throwback snacks. I’m a brown girl who was raised in the 90s and I grew up with an endless love for all things Little Debbie and Hostess. A few years ago I set out to build a business around making baked goods that would bring people joy. I bounced around with a few ideas, but once I made my first batch of oatmeal cream pies (OCPs), it instantly became clear…throwback snacks are just kind of my jam. We’ve since expanded our lineup from OCPs to other throwback classics—all scratch-made from quality ingredients plus a little bit of science and a lot of whimsy at our bakery in CLE

We recreate all of your favorite childhood desserts utilizing high quality ingredients so you can treat yourself and feel good about doing it. A lot of the throwback snacks we make are 100% plant based by default (some are also GF), so it’s the perfect way to have options for everyone without having to compromise on deliciousness.
