1. Quality, Quality, Quality! We use premium ingredients (e.g., high-graded luxury chocolate Valrhona and Champion motcha brand Marukyu-Koyamaen) and everything is freshly made from scratch. Our cake is tasty and not overly sweet and our Italian buttercream icing is airy and fluffy. ​ 2. We pay extreme attentions to details and make sure our desserts add special value to your occasion. Our signature techniques include hand-piped buttercream flowers/succulents, life-like sugar flowers, and custom detail-decorated sugar cookies.
