Tierra a Taza Coffee Cart (aka TAT Coffee Cart) began as a way for two coffee enthusiasts to share their creativity and Mexican culture with their community. Tierra a Taza translates to Earth to Mug; paying homage to the many resources, countries, farmers, roasters, and individuals working tirelessly to bring the coffee bean from the earth we inhabit to the mug we use every day. Coffee has a magical way of unifying people, countries, and the world. As two coffee enthusiasts, we looked for a way we could infuse our flavors and culture to the amazing world of coffee, thus, TAT Coffee Cart was created.
