ALL of our ELITE staff is trained in-house! Our staff go through a rigorous 2-week training program learning the in's & out's of bartending. Where they learn mixology, setting-up, tearing down a bar, 150+ cocktail recipes. They are given multiple exams throughout the 2-week period. Only those that graduate with a 90%+ are eligible to then interview for a position with our team. When we say ELITE, we mean it! Our team is always licensed & insured!
