For show locations more than 40 miles from Dallas TX, only the travel cost and hotel cost are added to the package amount. If your guest list is larger than 200 guests, in most cases we’ll need just a few additional lights, a small amount of sound equipment and minimal extra travel costs for that equipment if needed.
