Q: What do you wear?

I wear all black to perform at events, unless a special color is requested.

Q: Do you take music requests?

Yes! If something you would like is not on my list, I can easily find/arrange it for violin for a small fee.

Q: Do you provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?

Yes, both! I can perform for ceremonies, receptions, or really any event!

Q: What is your style?

I can play traditional/classical music, oldies, pop, "rat pack" classics, pop music, rock, and fiddle styles!

Q: How early do you come to set up?

I generally arrive about 30 minutes before I need to start playing, in order to set up and discuss any cues with the wedding coordinator and/or officiant.

Q: Do you learn new songs?

Yes, absolutely! Any piece not on my repertoire list that you request - I can obtain and arrange for violin for a small fee.

Q: What is your travel and break down fee?

I charge a travel fee of $0.58 per mile for events outside of the Twin Cities.

I've been performing on the violin for weddings, proposals, funerals, and various church services for over 20 years! I started playing violin when I was 11 years old, and have never stopped! I am classically trained but I can play all styles of music -- from fiddle music to rock/pop!

I have performed for all kinds of weddings and know how to plan for all kinds of scenarios. I can easily arrange any piece of music for the violin by request, for a small fee. I am friendly and professional - and can create lasting music memories for your big day!
