Three generations, family-owned bakery. We are well known for our made from scratch treats since 1933. We specialize in custom cakes and pastries. We are a full-service bakery and can do any type of desserts for your event.

Homemade scratch family-owned bakery where all our desserts are baked with love and cooked to perfection! We can do any dessert in custom packages to fit your needs! We offer free tastings for all couples.

    I had high expectations as leading up to the wedding they were great to work with. BUT when we went the day before to pick up the cakes, they were not what we ordered. I used to work at a prestigious French patisserie, so I was most excited for my cakes, and was so disappointed they were the wrong color, frosting flavor and height I had asked for. We were told we could have 25 off our order or they could remake them, so we said remake. The front lady we worked with also told us to take one of the cakes since they had to remake them anyway. We triple checked to make sure that was ok, and she ensured us it was. The night before my wedding I got many emails saying they wouldn’t remake the third cake that we took with us and since we took it. I was up until midnight on my wedding night trying to sort it out. They were very rude. My husband drove an hour back to the bakery the day of our wedding to pick up the cakes, only to find that they had spray painted the cakes the colors I wanted vs re-making them. Then, the guy at the front made my husband show him his bank account proving he paid for them the day before. Not only did we not get the extra height on the cakes we had asked and paid for (I have proof via the email chain of what we ordered), we had spray painted cakes, no discount, drove an extra hour (Buffalo to Farmington) there and back, and a bad taste in our mouth from the experience.

    Sweet Kneads Farmington Bakery did a wonderful job with our wedding cake. Communication with them was quick and easy throughout the planning process, which we really appreciated during this hectic time. The cake itself was exactly what we requested - moist and delicious with beautiful decorations. The bakers were able to recreate the vision we had for our cake perfectly. The value was also great - very reasonable prices for the high quality of their cakes. We'd highly recommend Sweet Kneads to any engaged couple looking for a baker that will deliver professional results with friendly customer service. Their delicious cake was the perfect ending to our special day!

    Sweet Kneads Bakery did a fantastic job with our wedding cake and cupcakes! Their communication was excellent throughout the planning process - they responded quickly whenever we had questions or wanted to tweak the designs. The end results were absolutely delicious and beautifully decorated. Our guests loved being able to try multiple tiny cupcakes in different flavors. Despite creating such customized and high-quality baked goods, Sweet Kneads provided great value for the cost. We would happily recommend them to any couple looking for a baker that will help make their wedding extra sweet!
