Music Creations

D.J. & Owner

Music Creations has been one of Chicagoland’s top D.J. services since 1977. Started by Charlie DiGiovanni in 1977 and now owned and operated by Tommy DiGiovanni who has been a professional D.J. for over 3 decades. We remain successful by using top quality sound and lighting and always playing to the crowd. We now offer full room uplighting as well as top of the line dance floor effects.

We always carry full backup equipment. We offer full battery powered sound and lighting systems. We always mix live and play to the crowd. We can handle all formal announcements and work to coordinate with all other vendors. Our focus is always a full dance floor. We mix music live by beats per minute so the music will flow from one song to another. We set up before your guests arrive and play throughout the event.

    I am a wedding planner and worked with Tommy many years. Three most important things to rate DJ in my opinion on 1 to 10 scale 1. sound system MC score 10 2. # 1 in importance for judging DJ is ability to read a crowd and know what songs to play MC score 10 3. Ability to go with the flow of the event and work with other vendors MC score 10 4. value MC score 10 5. Tommy is very well aware of different ways to do events and not the typical DJ run event MC score 10
