Our goal is always to be transparent and respectful of our clients’ time and budgets, so we’re sorry to hear this element left you feeling frustrated. The additional fee was not meant to be punitive, but rather reflects the extra time and staffing required when we arrive significantly earlier than the DJ performance start time. That said, we recognize the importance of clearer communication, and we’ll be taking this feedback to refine how we explain those logistics during the booking and planning process — both verbally and in writing.
