Iron City Strings is a string quartet comprised of members of the Alabama Symphony Orchestra and highly sought-after professional musicians. With more than 10 years of experience providing music for weddings and events, we know how to help you plan and deliver the perfect music before, during, and after your wedding or special event. From Beethoven and Mozart to the Beatles, Bruno Mars, and music from Final Fantasy, Iron City Strings is your go-to live music specialist.
Iron City Strings has an incredible range of styles. We not only excelled at classical, but top 40, jazz, movie sound track, video game music are just some of the things we perform regularly. When couples request music that's not in our current library, we make special arrangements so that the requested music fits the sound of a quartet perfectly.

The Best Strings in Birmingham

Get the string quartet!!!
Iron City Strings was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding! Their communication was excellent - they responded to all our inquiries and questions quickly, and were incredibly helpful in planning the music for our ceremony. The quality of their work was simply incredible. The string quartet they provided had amazing talent and were such wonderful, personable people. They made our wedding ceremony perfect, playing beautiful renditions of Lord of the Rings and Disney songs that really set the tone for our special day. If you are considering string instruments for your wedding ceremony, I cannot recommend Iron City Strings enough - they truly made our wedding day so special!
