DJ Persist has been involved in the music industry since the age of 17 and has been doing what he loves for the past 18 years. He had held several nightclub residencies in the city of Chicago, an experience that enhances his performance at weddings. Today, DJ Persist has expanded his services to include A/V and Photo Booth services to become a well-known, award winning company. DJ Persist strives to give you the best in customer service by listening to your needs to provide for you an unforgettable event!

Our company takes great pride in not being an "ordinary DJ company". We are extremely passionate about what we do and that is why we NEVER just sit back and just play music. We truly believe in the successful execution of your event, we coordinate with all of your vendors so you do not have to worry about anything! When it comes to rocking the dancefloor, we know what we are doing! With our knowledge and talent, we are able to read the crowd and actually mix live, just like in a nightclub–no cheese, no corny games, just extremely fun celebrations.

DJ Persist is truly the best! I’ve been fortunate to know him since high school, and I’ve followed his music throughout college. He was the first DJ I saw seamlessly blend Arabic and Spanish music at a Mexican-Palestinian wedding, and it was amazing! When my wedding day finally arrived, I was thrilled to reach out to him and book his services. His expertise in mixing all genres of music is unmatched, and the compliments from our guests were non-stop throughout the night. He also has a fantastic, organized portal that makes planning your wedding a breeze, and he is incredibly responsive through emails if you need anything. Thank you so much, DJ Persist!

Dj Persist was amazing from start to finish! Their communication was quick, clear, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. On the day of our wedding, he kept us on schedule and got everyone hyped and excited with a fun, high-energy performance. He played a great variety of music that got all our guests, young and old, out on the dance floor. We loved the La Hora Loca portion of the night - our guests can't stop talking about how much fun it was! Dj Persist truly went above and beyond to ensure our special day was a blast. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for an amazing wedding DJ.

If you’re considering booking DJ Persist – DO IT! Best decision ever. He had our dance floor packed all night long! Our wedding was a mix of English speakers and Spanish speakers so we were nervous how we would execute a smooth and fun night for all and DJ Persist did it with ease! He did all announcements in both English and Spanish, knew the right music to play for all to enjoy and have a great evening. Besides his excellent DJ and MC skills, he also was extremely professional and patient with us the entire process. He has a really nice software for you to use while planning your timeline and music selections. If you’re unsure where to even begin, it also provides you music suggestions that are popular with weddings. We also utilized some of his upgrades (cold sparklers, uplighting, and upgraded dance floor lightings) and those truly took our night up a notch! We can’t recommend him enough!!!!
