The venue itself is so pretty, with beautiful gardens and architecture that made a gorgeous backdrop for our photos. It was definitely worth the money to host our reception there. The staff at Saxon Manor went above and beyond for us on our special day - they were attentive to every detail, from the setup and decor to making sure my husband and I were well taken care of. “All I can say is “Wow” !!! To me people make the place… There is a difference between a company that just goes through the motions and one that lives the service(s) with passion and enthusiasm. I truly can tell the difference. You get a feeling of being welcome even prior to their greetings. Customer service is very high on their priority list. Cleanliness is next to Godliness, and this place is spotless. They are cleaning constantly, sanitizing bathrooms and high traffic areas. My Grandmother would be comfortable here… and everyone knows how hard an Italian Grandmother is to please. I highly recommend this beautiful place and say everyone needs to have an event here, they are amazing people have great pricing and are very thorough in everything they do.”
