The Corner Ballpark, also known as the "Willie Horton Field of Dreams at The Corner Ballpark", is a multi-purpose sports stadium located in the Corktown neighborhood of Detroit. At the Brookshire Inn & Golf Club we pride ourselves in giving you exactly what you want and expect on your wedding day. Every event at Brookshire is unique because we know that every client has different styles and tastes. We will assist you throughout this process from choosing your menu to selecting specialty wines. We welcome your ideas and will work with them in planning your special day. Our banquet room can seat up to 200 guests. During the warmer months, we can accommodate up to 300 guests (this is an indoor/outdoor reception).

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
