Founded in NYC in 2010, Park Avenue Tavern is the quintessential American bar and restaurant, centered around a combination of classic elegance and over the top hospitality. Located in the heart of Winter Park, FL, the second location of Park Avenue Tavern serves lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and a full beverage menu with martinis and cocktails, wine, and cold beer. Operated by IGC (In Good Company) Hospitality, the team behind other noteworthy NYC venues such as Refinery Rooftop, Parker & Quinn, Winnie’s Jazz Bar, & The Wilson (also with a second location in Orlando, FL at Meliá Orlando-Celebration), Park Avenue Tavern is happy to be serving the vibrant business community and the residents of Winter Park.

Located in the heart of downtown Orlando, 310 Lakeside is a New American Cuisine Restaurant offering private event rooms and an outdoor patio dining with spacious views of Lake Eola. 310 Lakeside has a private room overlooking Lake Eola. This room seats up to 136 guests or 106 guests with a dance floor. The room can also be divided in two smaller spaces, seating 40 guests and 74 guests. Also available is a patio, perfect for a wedding ceremony. Full restaurant buyout is available.

DoveCote is an American cuisine restaurant with French inspired flavors located in the stately 390 North building in downtown Orlando. Conveniently located next to the Amway Center, Dr. Phillips Art Center, Orlando City Soccer Stadium and other downtown landmarks. This is the restaurant for all occasions, with outdoor seating, private dining, a great hall, and a very spirited main dining room and bar. We look forward to providing an exceptional experience that you won’t soon forget.

The Mather Building is located at 30 S. Magnolia Avenue. It is a three-story building constructed by Edward Kuhl and James Delaney. The structure predates the major 1884 fire which began in Delaney’s nearby wooden grocery store, spread to Bassett’s Millinery Store and then to Dr. R.J. Gilliam’s Drug Store. The large fire also destroyed the printing plant of the Reporter, Orlando’s first newspaper.

A 19th century historical building, The Robinson takes the decadent brick and old-school feel of the original construction and presents it in a vibrant and modern light. We are focused on being a gathering spot for any time of day or occasion, be it a business meeting, a private event or late night food with inventive drinks; the two stories are designed for it all.
