We began meeting about a month before the big day and had weekly check in's where she made sure that I was on track and getting everything done that needed to be handled. “Your wedding day is a day you want to remember for the rest of your life and relive over and over again after spending months planning your perfect day. We are so happy that we decided to work with Chad as he provided us with a video that we could not be happier with capturing every detail! Chad and Samantha arrived at the church early to set up and hook up the groom with a wireless mic which captured every word during the ceremony. Throughout the day, we felt like we were always on the move and Chad and Samantha were always in the best spot to capture all our moments and details. When we received our teaser trailer (like 2 days after our wedding!) we noticed so many candid moments that were captured, such as the groom casually playing with the wedding ring. And when we reviewed our final video we were so impressed with how Chad cut together the moments of our day, timed the transitions to the music perfectly, and even adjusted the speed of some moments to create artful transitions between a fast-passed song and our first slower dance. We trusted Chad to capture our special day and he did not disappoint. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was even able to incorporate some of our wedding photos into the video and it came out amazing! Throughout the process, Chad always responded quickly via e-mail and kept us updated on his progress. He was so patient in working with us and is all about making his customers happy. Before finalizing our video, he sent us a copy of it and asked for our feedback. The video was amazing, and we couldn’t stop watching it on repeat. After taking in all the special moments, admiring Chad’s attention to detail, and enjoying how the video paired with the audio and music so perfectly and creatively, we had a few requests. We noticed that a few special moments to us were missing from the first cut, so we asked Chad if he could add it in. He responded right away and was able to update the video with no issues quickly. “I feel so passionately about recommending Sasha I don't even know where to begin! My fiancee and I, as well as several members of our wedding party, have not stopped talking about how great she was since our wedding a couple weeks ago. Sasha did our photos for both our engagement shoot and our wedding. When we started wedding planning, it was important to us to hire vendors who not only aligned with a product we wanted and our price range, but also who were kind, good people we'd want to spend our wedding day with. Some vendors fell short, but Sasha made up for it and then some. First of all, Sasha is EXTREMELY talented. She really captures your essence in her work and several people commented to me that they could "feel" our wedding and emotions through our photos. Her photos are not cheesy or contrived, which was something we knew we wanted when hiring a photographer, and her values aligned with what we were looking for. She is very talented at working with lighting in special and artistic ways. She will "yes and" every single one of your ideas and suggestions for your photos, and really listens to your requests and preferences. Beyond all of this, even if I hated the photos (which is far from the case, I love them so much), I would hire her again and again. Your photographer is someone you spend a LOT of time with on your wedding day. Having someone with good, calm, kind energy who you vibe with is really important. I had a somewhat rough start to my day, getting a bit overwhelmed and behind schedule. Sasha was exactly the person I needed to be with to help ground and calm the energy of everything when it otherwise felt chaotic. She is cool as a cucumber under pressure, kind to every single person she meets, carries such a positive energy, and is a true professional at pivoting/troubleshooting when something goes wrong. She's also a quiet leader who will help keep your wedding running smoothly, pay attention to your timeline, etc. We had a giant wedding party and she somehow corralled people very quickly to get all the group shots we requested, so that I never had to think about it. On the wedding day, as others have said, she was somehow everywhere, but in the least obstructive way possible. I didn't even notice her during the reception or ceremony yet somehow she captured amazing pictures from lots of amazing angles. Leading up to the wedding, Sasha was a delight to work with. She was VERY responsive and willing to meet with us both over the phone and in person. She took the time to do a walk-through of our venue with us, which put me at ease to scope out where we'd take pictures. She even hopped on a Zoom call with us while on her vacation the week before our wedding. Last but not least, Sasha got us our engagement pictures AND our wedding gallery preview much faster than anticipated! If I sound slightly crazed in my obsession for Sasha, it's because I am lol. “Hiring Katie for our wedding photos was our best decision! We would hire her again in a heartbeat. For the entire year-and-a-half that my fiancé (now husband) were engaged, Katie met with us periodically on the phone to check in about specific topics such as scheduling or a family photos “shoot list”. We got our initial response within a couple days of sending our inquiry, then met on Zoom that week to meet her. She asked about our relationship, our personalities, etc. to get to know us, which was great and made everything more personal. It was easy to book a second shooter through Katie to get more photos, since she will find and contact another professional photographer for you, which is a step out of the way while you’re busy wedding planning! Our wedding day/photos being taken: What we loved about Katie is that her photography style is that her photos don’t feel awkward or too posed, and they feel more journalistic. There will of course be lots of formal portraits of the couple and wedding party, but Katie does an amazing job to get genuine smiles and laughs out of everyone. She is super funny, kind, and down-to-earth. Katie got along great with the wedding party and made everyone feel a lot more relaxed on our wedding day. Photographers are such an important part of the wedding day and keep the day going smoothly and on-time, and Katie did an exceptional job. Our edited photos: My husband and I were in LOVE with our edited photos from both our wedding and our engagement photoshoot. I am usually not the biggest fan of photos of myself, but when I looked through our wedding photos, I loved every single one. We immediately put together photo albums for our parents and had such a hard time picking our favorites! We would put all 1000+ photos in there if we could. I still look at these photos almost daily, and can’t wait to have nicely framed ones in our house. Professionalism: Lastly Katie was extremely professional. She wrote a contract, kept notes of everything so that nothing was forgotten, and was always on time or early for everything. You could tell she really cares about every single client, and puts the work into getting to know each couple far in advance before their wedding day. Altogether we would definitely recommend any engaged couple to hire Kate Elaine for wedding photos. We rate her 100/10 and could not have picked a better photographer!”

“Meaghan and Evan photographed our Halloween wedding and we couldn't imagine having anyone else! We met Meaghan and Evan last October when they shot our engagement photos. They were more than willing to trudge through our favorite park and stop at all our favorite spots to get some beautiful photos we used for our save the date. We got to get to know them a little more over at our favorite little ramen restaurant after the session and of course we were instantly sold! Meaghan was super communicative and responded to every email I sent her pretty much right away every single time. As we got closer to the wedding day, she sent an incredibly detailed questionnaire. It covered everything from our most important shots to what weird family dynamics she should be conscious of; we sincerely appreciated this level of care, especially as a queer couple with some iffy family things. When I was hiring vendors, it was extremely important to me to find vendors who were queer/queer friendly and body positive, and Meaghan checked off both boxes in spades. My wife and I both have huge body insecurities and are deeply self-conscious of photos-but Meaghan made us both feel so beautiful. I was never even aware of the parts of myself I am usually hyper aware of because Meaghan and Evan both made us feel so comfortable. We were able to laugh and feel every emotion without once worrying about how we would look in the photos. On the day of, Meaghan kept us right on track without rushing us or making us feel stressed. We were definitely running behind at points but Meaghan handled it all with grace and helped me keep my head above water the whole time. They captured every moment in such a storybook way that we are able to talk about and remember every detail of the day based on the photos. This gallery is such a keepsake and such a special reminder of the best day of our lives. Its so heartwarming to look back and see how happy we and our guests look. And my wife and I both couldn’t have asked for more stunning photos of ourselves. We both look and feel so feminine, so whimsical, so magical. She captured our authentic selves, which is what makes her photos so unique and beautiful. I can't wait to order our prints and have these photos in our home forever! Thank you, Meaghan and Evan. “FIVE STARS!! I knew my wedding day was going to fly by and I wouldn’t be able to witness every moment so having a good videographer was one of the most important things on my list. I felt discouraged with how much videographers seemed to cost though, until I booked Silver Arrow Band and saw you could also book videography services through them with a 10% discount when you booked both. I watched a few of their videos and was blown away, it was everything I was looking for! We did the full package of two videographers, full ceremony, speeches, and dance coverage, and the best part - drone footage! Our venue Saltwater Farm Vineyard is on a beautiful estuary and I was really hoping to cover both the nature and the important moments of our big day. The videographers were amazing to work with. They were both so kind, helpful, and made sure to capture every moment big or small. They had the groom and officiant properly mic’d up so they could capture every word. The teaser, the highlight reel, and the fully ceremony and speeches are incredible! They were able to capture all of our favorite moments. It was also so great seeing how much fun our guests were having. I promise your money is well spent if you book Lightwave Event Artists!”
