My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Grand Oak Villa on 11/17/23 and could not have asked for a better experience. From the start of our wedding planning experience, Angela and Tarin were absolutely amazing. They made my husband and I feel so welcome and treated us like family from the very beginning. About eight months before the wedding I tore my ACL and had surgery and Tarin even checked in with me to see how the surgery went and wish me well. As we got closer to the wedding, the girls made sure that everything went off without a hitch. They checked with us about our other vendors, gave us some advice, and helped us double and triple check all of our information right up to the day of the wedding. They reduced our wedding planning stresses by so much!!! The venue was absolutely gorgeous the day of our wedding, the food was beyond delicious, and all of the staff were so kind and friendly. Our personal server, Diana, was truly the star of the show on wedding day. She checked in with us at the exact right time, every time. She never made us feel like she was interrupting, but she was always there right when we needed her. And our drinks were never empty! We truly cannot say enough good things about the Grand Oak Villa and the lovely staff there. They really felt like family. Every single one of our guests remarked that the food was incredible, drinks were made perfectly, and the staff was so kind. Angela even personally greeted our parents the night of the wedding. I’d give this place ten stars if I could!

South Farms sells itself. Its a beautiful venue hands down. However, the staff was amazing. The coordinators, the bartenders, EVERYONE. It POURED on my rehearsal and wedding. They didn’t miss a beat. This stunning property can host up to 250+ guests and features a gazebo for cocktail hour, spacious lawns for yard games, and new ceremony building! Wyndcrest Estate Venue is set up a bit differently, which is something we pride ourselves on! We are exclusive in the sense that we host only one wedding a weekend and we give wedding parties the entire weekend to enjoy their big day! This includes the day before for set up and rehearsal, the day of for the event, and the day after for cleanup. Additionally, onsite housing allows for the parties to gather throughout the entire weekend. We do not have a preferred list of caterers, in order to allow you to chose however you would like to celebrate your wedding. We also allow special requests such as dogs, bounce houses, mobile bars, etc.

We absolutely loved getting married at Wyndcrest. We highly recommend the location --- perfect for a DIY couple. You should definitely book the guest houses. It was so easy to have everything on site. Madison, the liaison was so kind and present. Very easy to work with. HIGHLY recommend this location.

At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. As a wedding photographer , i work with and visit a good amount of venues, but nothing compares to the Boylston Rooms! From the beautiful industrial look inside , to the many photo opportunities outside, i would say that it is a perfect venue. Not all venues can provide a beautiful backdrop if it rains , the Boylston Rooms can ! The staff there is always so on top of everything , efficient and professional. In my line of work, you want to be able to focus on the job and not have to worry that your couple isn't being taken care of, I never have to worry about that at the Boylston Rooms. Erin is a joy to work with and i always look forward to seeing her again.

We had the most amazing time at Diamond Mills Hotel! The venue is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff is wonderful to work with. My husband and I also loved exploring Saugerties! Planning a wedding in two months was challenging, but booking Diamond Mills for our wedding venue was the best decision ever! We loved working with Stephanie, Carrie, and Brianne. They are highly organized and professional. Our wedding day was truly magical! Our guests had a wonderful time! We also really appreciate how the staff working on the day of our wedding ensured that my husband and I ate well (and remembered to eat as we interacted with our guests). The food served was delicious and we loved our wedding cake! Another great thing about booking the wedding at Diamond Mills is that the hotel is attached to the wedding venue - it was very convenient for us and our guests! We received a good discount for our hotel block. The wedding package they offer at Diamond Mills Hotel is truly well-rounded! Beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, catering, open bar, wedding cake, and supportive and amazing staff to help you plan your wedding and ensure that everything runs smoothly during the day of the wedding all for a reasonable price! I used some rental decorations, and the staff made sure to carefully pack everything at the end of the night, so shipping and packing up the following day was easy! We highly recommend Diamond Mills!

My husband and I cannot stop talking about how perfect our wedding day was. The staff at the Riverview are amazing!!! They went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our guests also could not say enough about how delicious the food was and how the drinks kept flowing all night long. Chelsea was our wedding coordinator and she took care of everything and stayed in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. Jim and Sarah of Black Walnut Farm have created a haven for love. Every inch of their 34 acres is carefully curated for a truly magical experience. As Matt and I approached our forest ceremony enclave, filled with our loved ones, the happy tears were instant thanks to their attention to detail. We chose Black Walnut Farm, after exploring numerous venues, because of their perfectly decorated barn complete with 4 foot disco ball, manicured gardens, equally charming farmhouse to stay the weekend with family, smore station, popcorn machine, audio guestbook, and of course their property manager, Miss Lily, the barn cat. What we didn’t expect to be included in our wedding package was the amount of care, energy, support, and love we felt from Jim, Sarah, and the staff at Black Walnut Farm as they effortlessly managed the most memorable day of our lives. The venue had a few hiccups, but overall we had a lovely reception there. The outdoor space was the highlight - truly gorgeous for photos. Communication on coordination was a bit spotty at times, but the maître d', Sergio, was a god send and stepped in to ensure things flowed smoothly. The food was phenomenal, as well! So many of our guests shared it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. We did have both our bridal attendants provided by the venue disappear on us shortly after we arrived, which was inconvenient since we would have paid for our own attendants if we knew that would be the case. While parts of the indoor space is dated, it worked out beautifully with some creative decor. When weighing everything in, the Woodwinds was a spectacular venue!

I loved photographing Kelsey & Alex's micro wedding at The Spinning Wheel! The afternoon was so calm and easy with the Katlyn's great organization and the rest of the staff. The flowers and appeal of the venue is stunning in the spring and summer. For it being a small venue, there are still tons of different photo opportunities.

Candlewood Inn fully exceeded our expectations for our wedding day. Because of them and the staff our day ran so smoothly and we were able to just enjoy ourselves. From the beginning of the planning process they were clear with all information needed, dates for planning/deadlines and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the way they did the group tasting as it allowed us to see the spaced with an event happening along with tasting the food, which is delicious. We loved the food on our day from the passed apps, to the stations and entrees and our guests agreed - we got SO many compliments on the food. We were happy with working with Candlewood Inn but once our wedding day actually came around we were blown away. From the second we walked into the venue the Krista and our bridal attendants were two steps ahead of us doing everything we needed to be comfortable and fully enjoy ourselves. We were never without a drink in our hands and they made sure we had all the food we needed. They kept track of my bouquet and helped me with my dress - even fixing/pinning my bustle when it broke! They wrangled our large bridal party and had the ceremony run so smoothly. I could go on and on about how amazing the staff was. I could not recommend Candlewood Inn enough!

Our lush Ceremony Circle, nestled up to the apple orchard, sits beneath one of the oldest maple groves in Massachusetts, with a stunning view across the valley. Our Stone Patio features a permanent 40’ x 50’ reception tent and a 75’ long retaining wall/bench. Our elegant, rustic Great Hall barn has chestnut beams, bamboo floors, lots of glass and geothermal cooling. Visit our website to learn more about our rich history! Montague couples will work with our exclusive catering team, Wheelhouse for food & bar. Some of our other amenities include 10 on-site accommodations, yurt, an ADA-compliant lift, and accessible restrooms. Two streams run through the property and the Robert Frost Trail is within walking distance.

When we started planning our July wedding, we knew that we wanted a beautiful, eco-conscious, outdoor venue in the rolling Massachusetts hills where we could host guests for the whole weekend and people could camp and sit by a fire at night. We weren’t sure we’d find someplace that checked all those boxes; then we found the Montague Retreat Center. It was everything we were looking for and more. We loved that we had the whole weekend to see our guests and that they got to know the place, too. The Center already has a tent set up for the reception, and the venue was so well set up with its own furniture and catering-ready kitchen, that other vendors kept telling us how delighted they were to be going back there. We had around 100 guests, about 25 of which camped at the Center. The camp site is in a pine forest on the property, and our camping guests were all very happy with their stay and with the facilities. A lot happens in a wedding weekend, but the staff is prepared for anything and everything. The caretaker, John, was particularly notable in how quickly and quietly he took care of the facilities while we were there. We’d turn around and he’d have taken care of the trash or put another few logs on the fire. It was easy and wonderful. It was wonderful to have things like lights already set up, and a room of wedding decorations others have left to reuse or leave instead of stress about bringing everything and cleaning it all up. We were glad they compost everything and the facility even runs on geo-thermal heating/cooling. We took the Retreat Center’s recommendations for almost all of our vendors, and they were all wonderful (especially Wheelhouse Catering for our reception and Jackie M coordinating all of our vendors and the day of the wedding). We got flowers from Red Fire Farm, and sent our guests to check out the Montague Book Mill (and took photos there ourselves!). We are so glad we found the Montague Retreat Center!

I cannot day enough good things about Mountainville manor. We had an elopement ceremony and pictures on the property. We could not have been happier and luckier to have found this venue. The whole process was simple and although it was an elopement with just the two of us, the owner Lauren, made it feel so special. The bouquet that was included in the elopement package was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The grounds are immaculately kept w beautiful landscaping. The newly remodeled interior is as beautiful. There is a beautiful bridal and grooms room. The bride room includes a full bathroom w a shower. The owner, Lauren was very attentive and made sure we had water and a bite to eat as well as offering to go to the store in the event we forgot something. She was extremely accommodating and and made sure our vision was executed and really wanted to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams.

My wife and I met and got engaged in the Catskill Mountains, so it was so important to us that we also got married there. We found Spillian from an online search, and my wife was instantly drawn to the place; I was skeptical. But after touring it for the first time and meeting the owners - Mark and Leigh - it was apparent this was the only place we would want to get married. At Spillian there are no rules, and intentionality is the driving force behind every decision. From the food, to the people, to the actual wedding day, if you can dream it they can accommodate it. We wanted to do our rehearsal dinner there, and they asked us what we wanted for food. I tentatively proposed a build-your-own Bahn Mi bar and Mark wrote back a delicious, detailed menu, complete with boba tea. The food was excellent, and the fact that they have some rooms for you and some guests to stay on site made it even more special. We elected to have our bridal party there and it was so nice to be able to spend some time with them before and after the wedding. We came with all of our own decorations, and our flowers were dropped off the night before, and we were nervous about getting everything set up that day. But Alex and Sam, our day-of coordinators, took care of everything and make it look even better than we had ever imagined. And when it came to the day of, we were so overwhelmed that it was hard to make snap decisions. Sam and Alex were so patient with us, and really helped guide us through the day. I can't sing their praises enough but will publicly thank them here for allowing us to have the wedding of our dreams.

Gigi, Matty, Brian, Angel, and others, are absolute legends and went above and beyond for us. This location can not be beat for a relaxing, rejuvenating, and peaceful visit. The team really went the extra mile to solve our planning problems (I had many) and made us feel like family. Some of the cabins are pet-friendly which meant the world to us as my father is blind and needs his seeing-eye dog to get around. We knew there would be no hassle having friends bring their dogs too! The rooms are cozy and accessible, for those with mobility issues there are walkways and cabins on flat ground. We dream about sitting around that camp fire with all our friends and family often and are forever grateful to have found Belleayre Lodge!!

We got married at Bad Seed in June 2024. It was the first venue we toured and we knew it was perfect right away. Devin, Albert, Brandon, and the rest of the Bad Seed team are so down to earth and communicative. They gave us great advice about how to make our wedding day amazing. We wanted to DIY our decor and music, bring in our own food vendor, and have a casual garden party vibe. Bad Seed was super flexible, letting us choose whichever vendors we wanted and giving us tips for great service providers in the area. Because they only do one wedding per weekend, we had the entire day before the wedding to set up (which we needed!) as well as the entire morning/afternoon before the big event. There was always someone at the venue to help with whatever we needed, even going above and beyond to help us lay out the tables and set up decor. We wanted an indoor/outdoor wedding. Unfortunately, mother nature had other plans with a heat wave and thunderstorm moving through the area. On the bright side, Devin and the Bad Seed crew made sure we could do the whole event inside -- even going out to buy a big industrial fan to make sure the taproom stayed cool (we didn't end up needing it, the AC did its job!). Bad Seed is also SO reasonably priced compared to other wedding venues in the area. There was no nickel and diming or hidden fees - just an honest price and a great value. During the actual event, the bar staff went above and beyond to take care of us, checking in on us throughout the night and bringing us drinks so we didn't have to wait at the bar. It really made us feel like a million bucks. Oh, and our guests were raving about the cider :) If you're looking for an awesome, picturesque wedding venue in the Hudson Valley, Bad Seed should be your top choice.

We could not be more thrilled with our choice of the Phoenicia Diner for our wedding. We frequent the diner after hikes or skiing so it was nice to have a place so special to us to share with our friends and family on this special day. The regular diner food is amazing, but the event catering was unbelievable - our guests are still talking about it. My husband and I love this place so much and not only because of how beautiful the space truly is but how helpful and extraordinary the Ryan Family Farm staff was in helping us through every step of coordinating our wedding. We had originally planned for a 2020 wedding and when COVID came we knew it would be a challenge to re envision our dream wedding. They went above and beyond what was expected in helping us get it done and in a seemingly effortless way. We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the farmhouse. The proximity to the Barn was extremely beneficial. Tom Ryan accommodated us in many ways and most importantly our families had a great experience. We chose this venue for a few reasons: we would have the venue for the whole day to ourselves, all-inclusive with fantastic food and great drinks, a solid indoor/rain option for the ceremony, and a coordinator was included. Bill Miller's really made our day seamless and everything was incredible. Thank you Mary and everyone at Bill Miller's for a wonderful stress-free day!

Mill Creek Caterers is one of my favorite venues to Dj at; It's a beautiful venue located in Hopewell Junction with an amazing staff. I have deejayed numerous events there including weddings, holiday parties, birthday celebrations and more. Each time I'm impressed by the staff, the food and how smooth the night flows. There are two floors that are easily accessible from multiple locations, which is a huge plus for a dj unloading and loading equipment. Also the venue has separate areas that allow for guest to transition from each room to the other during cocktail/reception. I highly recommend Mill Creek Caterers. Working with Joan, Carissa & the entire staff has been very smooth with great communication and response time. They are professional, easy to work with and most importantly very prompt. Every time I had a question or needed help they were always ready to assist. Every event has started on time and has flowed effortlessly.

Food + Beverage: Their delicious food will melt in your mouth and will blow your mind. One of the things that I appreciate about their menus is that it is the farthest from wedding catering. It is so good that I have used them in NYC for events and weddings. Their culinary skills are sharp and they do what they do really, really well. Their menus are approachable but their flavor profiles + presentation are high end. CLE Team: One of my favorite things and strongest asset of CLE is their staff and team. Their serving staff is trained in house and are not random cater waiters. Their staff takes extreme pride in what they do each day and weekend and you can tell. They are invested in the client and in the brand which translates in everything they touch and do. From their management team all the way through to their housekeeping staff their team's hospitality + hard work is consistent. As a planner It's wonderful peace of mind. The Grounds: I like to say that CLE is the Disneyland of wedding venues and each year it gets better and better. I love being able to create unique and personalized events with my couples at CLE because the options are endless when producing an eventful wedding weekend. It doesn't matter what season your event is, there is always something to do for everyone. Accommodations: I mean...they are dreamy! It is such a treat to be able to host so many guests on a property. It changes the dynamic of a wedding weekend when you have the ability to host a large portion of your family and friends onsite. As a wedding photographer I have been to an incredible number of venues and Locust Hill Barn is a complete stand out. The barn is a bright airy space, with beautiful grounds. Everything you need is right there with little effort. You have a ceremony site, woodlands, farmland, pond, and space outside for guests to roam around. The cocktail hour outside is beautiful, I especially love the lounge area under the tree shade. It also helps that this barn can house large weddings. I would highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to play the first ever wedding at The Stonewall Estate, and have had the pleasure of playing there several times since. The entire team is incredible, and they care deeply about ensuring every single wedding goes off without a hitch. The grounds are gorgeous, the space is huge, and the barn really lends itself to couples being able to design it any way they want. Love working with them, and would recommend them to the moon and back!

There is genuinely moving art everywhere and great natural light which you will want for beautiful photos. Charlotta and Shannon were extremely helpful and welcoming. They answered all of our questions and gave us the lay of the land in Hudson. We had our wedding brunch at a very nice French restaurant on their suggestion. I would 100% do it all again with The Hudson Milliner and suggest you do too.

They supply an excellent list of vendors, who are easy to work with and are all local pro's. We also buy ingredients for our events both meat and vegetables. They have an amazing group of farmers. Certified organic and bio dynamic. Everything they do is to the best standard.

We love Rustic Ridge! We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding here. There are so many things that we loved about it. The price of the venue was incredibly reasonable, and it allowed for a very personalized wedding which we loved (no required vendors). Wally, the owner, was amazing to work with. He had great recommendations for vendors, was very communicative and accommodating, and made the whole process so easy. We also loved that our friends could camp at the venue, which made figuring out transportation a lot easier. Lastly, the venue itself was so beautiful! Our guests gushed all night about what a perfect backdrop the valley was for the ceremony.

Still riding the high from our wedding weekend! We were absolutely floored by all the work Jen and Ally and the whole Stagecoach team did to make our wedding weekend spectacular! They have several different packages that you can choose from which allowed us to find something that truly worked for us. We ended up having around 115 guests for the wedding and the space was just perfect! We had been to the Inn for dinner before and we knew we wanted to make food a priority. Chef Jerrel hit it out of the park for the rehearsal dinner, the cocktail hour/reception, and the brunch the next morning! Also because they have rooms upstairs, we were able to have our closest family stay and not have to worry about any travel! We couldn't recommend them enough!

We cannot speak more highly of the Inn at West Settlement. From the minute we stepped onto the West Settlement property, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. Speaking with Kim just reinforced it - she was always responsive, no-nonsense, and helpful, and we quickly learned to trust her eye for flower design, decor, and how to set up the ceremony. Everyone who works on the property and at the events is the same:) We hosted 90 of our family and friends there for our wedding in June, and were able to host three beautiful events - a casual welcome BBQ, our ceremony and reception, and a goodbye brunch. The whole experience reinforced that we made the right decision in hosting our wedding with them. Everyone who attended raved about the location and that it was the most special wedding they've ever been to - we'd like to think we had something to do with it (!) but honestly most of it had to do with the gorgeous scenery, the laid back vibe, the local flowers and food, and the intimate and rustic barn where we held the reception.

Flashback to last year, my fiance and I got engaged on 11/25/22 and scrambled to find a Hudson Valley venue for 2023. We must've looked at 15 venues - some big, some small, some mansions, some farms - we saw it all! Although we met with some amazing venues, we struggled to find one where we didn't feel like just another number. Frustrated, I went back home and decided to look at some photographers photos vs the general 'best hudson valley' venue searches. It was there, in one of the photographers albums, where I found the Bird & Bottle Inn. The beauty of the Inn was captivating, quirky and beautiful. I immediately reached out, connected with Stefania, and my fiance and I saw AND secured the 10/28/23 date just days later on a snowy winter day. The tent wasn't setup, it was a blizzard, but for some reason, the warmth of the staff, beauty of the inside of the inn and our gut feeling led us to make the best decision we could've made for our venue. Working with Evelyn and Stefania at the Bird & Bottle Inn didn't feel like we were planning a wedding with a venue - it felt like we were working with family. Family that cared about our happiness and wanted to make sure every detail was perfect. My fiance and I were not easy - we changed a lot of details, we added a bunch of rentals last minute, we asked probably 100 questions throughout the process and every time we reached out, we were met with ease, sometimes a phone call and even an invite to see our vision in person over the summer vs wait until fall to do the final walkthrough. The day of wedding team met us with the same detail and love as Stefania and Evelyn did throughout the entire process. The food was incredible, the coordination was on point all night and the bartending and signature drinks are still being raved about among our friends and family. Frankly, the entire wedding is still being raved about with many saying this is the best wedding they've ever attended. If you're looking for a wedding venue that feels magical and in a weird way, almost like you're at your own home, then this is your place. We cannot recommend the team, venue and coordinators enough, and we're beyond grateful we chose this special place for our wedding. Thank you to everyone at the Bird & Bottle Inn! This venue was truly the best bridal friendly venue we found. From the moment we saw the venue we knew this was the place, it’s scenic beauty, openness, and seclusion was exactly what we were looking for. The Waterview staff confirmed our initial thoughts, as they were super friendly and pleasant. It was refreshing to have venue that displayed and delivered honest and transparent packages about what we can expect and what they would deliver. They never tried to upsell things we didn’t need or want, rather they listened to our vision and made it happen. Zuleika was our coordinator, and we couldn’t be any more grateful for her commitment and thoughtfulness to ensure our wedding was spectacular. During the process of planning (our numerous calls, emails, indecisiveness/uncertainty), we felt catered to as if we were the only wedding party Zuleika was taking care of. Zuleika and her team, never disappointed us but instead reassured us and kept the bride (me) calm. The level of attentiveness we received was consistent throughout the process, from day 1 we were assured we’d be able to integrate and enjoy our favorite Jamaican restaurant’s cuisine into our cocktail hour, to making sure the details of my vision/decor for the ceremony and reception we’re carried out, to ensuring we captured the sparkler send off before our photographer’s contract time ended. Right before the ceremony, a minor detail was out of place and Zuleika made sure it was corrected prior to the start of the ceremony. In addition, they worked with us to setup and break down decor items and it was neatly packed for next day pickup. By far, we were beyond blessed to have the Waterview as the venue our wedding. While there are a lot of venues out there, the Waterview is truly a top notice venue that’s easy to work with and has the best staff. Our guests (200) have not stopped talking about our wedding. Our guest traveled from near and far (Canada, Florida, Jamaica, New York, Seattle, Houston) and raved about the beautiful views (lake and garden views), the food selection(s)/quality/taste, and staff’s genuine interest to ensure all guest were comfortable. Zuleika and her team even opened up the inside venue to several guests who arrived extra early so they didn’t wait outside in the heat. The natural beauty of the venue sitting on the water of Lake Zoar combined with the inside elegant charm is unmatched. Their ability to manage larger weddings seamlessly is phenomenal. The WATERVIEW is “THE PLACE!” A huge thank you The Waterview, Zuleika, and the whole Waterview staff team!

Red Maple Vineyard is a dream come true. From the moment we toured the venue, we knew this place was unlike anything else. The details provided upfront gave the most comprehensive understanding of everything this venue would include for the wedding day. We booked our wedding date 2 years in advance. We quickly found our photographer, Sam June who has shot numerous weddings at RMV as a preferred vendor. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, Amy VanDetta was incredible at answering countless answers and emails. She was a joy to correspond with. Her kindness, thoroughness and professionalism was always noticed. In our final walk through with Gary, we were put at ease knowing we were in such good hands. Gary always made us feel special as the bride and groom. The entire RMV staff was so warm and inviting, our matrid’ Liz and bridal attendant Angela were both incredible, top star service all around. Our guests RAVED about the food, especially impressed by the cocktail hour passed hors d'oeuvres. Although our wedding day had torrential rain, we were blown away by how special Plan B worked for the ceremony. The entire venue has so many beautiful areas and we felt very lucky there was plenty of indoor space for all our guests to enjoy during all the rain. We look forward to enjoying RMV and RMV Cellars into the future during public events! It feels really special to be part of the RMV family as we began our next chapter as husband and wife.

I love the Webb barn. Beautiful garden and grounds, the barn is lovely. It was such a beautiful space and perfect for our vibe. Working with Katie was easy as well. They are very helpful for working with you for what you need and flexible. Just so you know - there is no day-of coordinator/on-site coordinator, though Katie was incredibly helpful in the planning process. We did have to clean up the night of the wedding - just FYI. Historic/ old Wethersfield is also super cute. Would 10/10 recommend.

Handsome Hollow is a truly rare place. This new Catskill Mountains Barn venue is on 93 stunning acres of meadows, forests, streams, and mountains. The meticulously restored 18th-century English barn is 4,200 sf and includes two finished bathrooms, a catering area, and a 1000 sf bluestone cocktail patio. The rental of the Handsome Hollow venue also includes two nights for six in the elegantly restored 19th-century farmhouse. We are proud to have been featured in Brides, Martha Stewart Weddings, and NY Magazine.

Having our wedding at Handsome Hollow was an absolute dream. Kate and her team are professional, thorough, and beyond helpful before and on the day of the wedding. The location and grounds are stunning! We chose to have our ceremony in the fern forest a little ways up from the barn - it's like walking into a fairytale. The barn is a beautiful reception space that's open, inviting, and even more magical after sunset under the glowing string lights! We had a few guests including a couple of our family members who required assistance walking at certain times, but that was not a problem at all... The team communicates like special special forces to make sure everyone is comfortable and anyone requiring assistance gets shuttled swiftly by an off road buggy wherever they need to go! We also got shuttled as Bride & Groom does have it's privelages :) It was such a relief to know everyone was taken care of. Staying in the guest house was fantastic. The morning of the wedding I got ready upstairs in the barn loft, while my wife had the farmhouse the with hair/makeup and all of that. It's such a cute house, and was so nice to not have any traveling before our big day. Everything you would need is stocked at the farmhouse and help always seemed readily available if needed. It was just the relaxed easy going atmosphere we needed to chill out as much as possible before the wedding. There are so many great nooks and places for photo ops at Handsome Hollow! For a summer day it wasn't too hot at all, maybe the elevation helps a bit with that! It was warm before the ceremony when we took some photos in the sun, but we just cooled down in the farmhouse afterwards. The ceremony in the fern garden was under cover of trees so it was perfectly cool (both temperature and vibes!) The barn just seems to stay cool also, so that was no issue at all. We didn't get a chance to eat our desserts, so the team brought them up to the farmhouse for us to enjoy after the wedding was over. It's that level of hospitality, and so appreciated. My only regret is that I couldn't split myself into two people so I could not only get married, but also see the food buffet, see the s'mores by the campfire, watch our first dance (we nailed it!!). Luckily we had a phenomenal wedding planner (Lauren / Wild Blooms Bridal), and phenomenal photographer (Joshua Brown) to compliment the venue! It was truly an amazing day, and we can't thank you enough. You cannot go wrong with Handsome Hollow!!!

I had my wedding at Anthony’s Ocean View. It was amazing and well worth every penny. Brian and Marcello are the best! I will say, the only negative aspect is that I was under the impression that only 1 wedding happened at a time - there was another wedding happening right next to us. This impacted our music, our photos and my speech was cut off because the other weddings music was so loud that the floor vibrated and I had to ask staff to do something. Other than that, the venue was beautiful, so accommodating, and food was absolutely fantastic. Would recommend Anthony’s to anyone.

The Bristol Event Center made all our NYE wedding dreams come true! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, from the floor to ceiling windows, tall ceilings, huge bars, and high-end finishes. Everything was sparkling and new. Having two spacious hospitality suites upstairs to get ready in (or to touch-up during the reception) was a huge bonus. The staff at the BEC was amazing, from our initial tour to the day of. They are experts in the hospitality industry. They got back to us quickly with any question and were extremely accommodating with all our requests. Even our vendors commented how great they were to work with! Food was very important to us and the BEC nailed it! It was difficult to narrow down our hors d'oeuvres choices because everything was so amazing at the tasting. The chef was extremely accommodating to all our requests, including a huge raw bar during cocktail hour which was the talk of the wedding. Lastly, I can’t emphasize how convenient it was for our guests to stay in the hotel next door. Our guests stayed at the DoubleTree which was a 2 minute walk, or they could take one of the shuttles that staff were running back and forth. We also had our afterparty in one of the hotel ballrooms. Staff from both the BEC and Doubletree worked together to make this seamless. It will be even more convenient now that the connected Home2Suites is open for guests! Overall, our experience with the Bristol Event Center was a 1000/10. If you’re looking for a brand-new, sparkling venue with amazing service, food, and convenience, this is your place.

Being a DIY bride, the Ruins at Sassafrass provided the enchanting backdrop to bring my Pinterest board dreams to life. The rustic charm and natural beauty of the venue complemented my vision perfectly, creating a magical setting for our special day. The flexibility of the space allowed me to add personal touches, turning it into a unique and unforgettable experience. Even in late October the landscape of the mountains in the distance were breathtaking; our guests are still talking about how mesmerizing the views were. What makes our wedding story even more special is that we chose The Ruins before it was even finished. It was a leap of faith based on the vision and promises from Carol, the owner. When we did our initial tour, the venue was still in its beginning stages of completion; even then we were captivated by the potential and the unique charm it promised. What sealed the deal for us, however, was Carol's infectious enthusiasm, passion, and stylistic eye. Her vision and commitment assured us that the venue would be the perfect location for our special day, and it absolutely was! Being part of the journey from the early stages allowed us to witness the Ruins’ transformation, and it added an extra layer of excitement to our wedding planning. Despite the venue's newness and the inevitable growing pains, Carol, Lara (the on site coordinator), Jerome (Carol’s partner in life and business), and the rest of the team made sure our decision to trust them from the beginning was more than worthwhile. Being a newer venue, Carol and the team were still in the process of ironing out a few kinks. Despite some last minute hiccups, what truly stood out was Carol, Jerome, and Lara’s commitment to addressing these challenges in real-time. Their proactive approach and dedication to ensuring our day was perfect more than made up for any set backs in the planning process. This was a HUGE relief when planning such a momentous event. On our actual wedding day, when challenges arose with our day-of coordinator (that we hired separately and was not affiliated with The Ruins), Lara stepped in as our saving grace. Her quick thinking, attention to detail, and unwavering professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and unforgettable celebration. Her ability to coordinate with our vendors and recalibrate the timeline on the spot showcased her experience and dedication. Without Lara's intervention, the day could have taken a different turn, and we are immensely grateful for her expertise and her willingness to step up and save the day. Her creative touch also helped transform the venue into a dreamlike setting, exceeding our expectations. The best part is that there are zero time restrictions on the space. Which for us, meant an after-party until 3am :)

My husband and I got married at the Northampton Country Club in the fall of 2023. We had 110 people and everyone loved the crisp clean atmosphere of the venue. People had plenty of space to move about and we had a good size dance floor as well! My mother in-law was the one who made the suggestion to get married here as she had attended a wedding the previous year and loved it. We chose to have our ceremony outside on the hill in front of the gazebo and the setting was perfect. The trees had almost fully turned and the backdrop looked amazing in our photos. I loved that I could choose from a list of vendors and not be pressured into a preferred caterer. There was a shuttle from our hotel, which made this location very accessible for out of town guests. I highly recommend this location, you get so much value for what they offer. The bar staff was very accommodating and made the night fun for our guests!

We are located at the foot of Hunter Mountain and just two blocks off of Phoenicia’s main street, approximately 2.5 hours from New York City. Only 20 minutes away from Woodstock, 40 minutes from Kingston and an hour from Hudson. The hotel is close to many outdoor activities: hiking, fishing, tubing and skiing as well as local wineries, breweries, antiques, shopping and art galleries, The Graham & Co. is a perfect destination for any time of the year!

We could not recommend The Graham & Co enough for couples who want a laid back, weekend away with friends and family vibe for their wedding. If you have a strong vision of what you want, are willing to coordinate the vendors yourself, and are looking for a hip and beautiful place in the Catskills, this is the spot for you. The owner Martin and the manager Nathalie were super helpful with any questions we had throughout the months leading up to our event, and the weekend of they were a phenomenal help with everything from setup to making sure every person had anything they needed. We've had so many friends and family members speak incredibly highly of both the location and the staff. We love The Graham, highly recommend, and look forward to going back for years to come!

We had our wedding at Kindred Creeks at the beginning of May 2022. I have so many great things to say about this place! First off, Jill was extraordinary, caring, attentive and so helpful from start to finish. She was able to work within our budget while keeping our dream wedding a reality. She had rain plans, sunny day plans, plans for more or less people and was thorough throughout. Her father, Gerry, who lives in the farm came out the day before and day of the wedding to make sure we were taken care of and that anything we needed would be done. And the tent staff was kind, courteous and officiant! The grounds itself were gorgeous! We were the first to use the airstream bridal suite which got so many compliments and great photos. They also redid the bridge across the creek for the wedding party to walk over during the ceremony. I fell in love with the green barn and even though it needs to come down soon, they held off construction so we could take pictures in front of it. We got married right where the two creeks meet which was so beautiful. All our guest had nothing be great things to say and we are beyond happy with the experience. If you are thinking of taking a tour of the farm, don’t hesitate! You will fall in love just like we did!

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. The Arnold House encompasses everything we wanted for our wedding weekend - the charm and warmth of the Catskills, a low maintenance energy with high quality offerings, and a versatile venue where each space felt uniquely different (even if we had to use the same room twice...cue cold weather and rain!) to make each night feel like its own unique experience and special moment. Working with the Arnold House: From the start, they were so flexible on making sure that what was important to us worked. For example, we had preferences on specific food and wines and the AH team made it so easy to swap (and even source!) what we wanted. This team has an incredible ability to transform each space into a beautiful one, from the spreads they put out, the greenery they pick as decor, the furniture they arrange, and all the small touches in between that matter...we are so impressed. Additionally, they were helpful to make our guest experience the best possible - accommodating special requests and just generally being warm and inviting people. Lastly, the Arnold House itself is always continuing to add and improve their offerings. So we were met with nice surprises throughout our wedding planning process. For example we got to benefit from new chairs and dinner tables, something we no longer had to think about renting. The Space and Food: Wow! Our band and dance party in the greenhouse was pure magic. And our sit down dinner in the barn was beautiful and romantic. At first we were a bit concerned about having the dance party in a separate room from dinner - but it worked out really well and actually was nice to let those who wanted to dance, dance, and those who wanted to sit and chat be able to easily do that too. We didn’t get to eat much (even though we swore we wouldn’t be those people) but our guests all said the food was great and we can say for certain that we loved the burrata, oysters, trout drip, flank steak, and pumpkin pie!! Friday was intimate and inviting in Shandelee Hall/the Sun Room with the fire burning and the wine flowing. Wood fired pizzas were perfect. The Tavern: It’s own unique experience and space - unique from everywhere else on the property. Pool table and “divey-ish” vibes - a perfect setting for junk food and afterparty. Sunday brunch was simply gorgeous in the greenhouse. Food was simple, but good, and displayed beautifully. Overall: As you can tell from this being the first review, this place feels like a really well kept secret. Having now had our wedding here, we want to shout how great the Arnold House is from the rooftop. If you’re reading this right now, trust us… make the call and visit the Arnold House! Emily and the whole team were fantastic and made our weekend feel really special. The Arnold House will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you team Arnold House for the most wonderful wedding weekend.

We had a Fall wedding at Seminary Hill and I couldn't recommend this venue more! The view is STUNNING. The house is perfect. The guest house is an absolute bonus (we invited close friends to stay next door). And the folks at Seminary Hill are a pleasure to work with, especially the property manager Bill. He was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. He helped us wrangle vendors before the wedding, he helped with setup and when any issues arose the day before, and he was just all-around a pleasure to work with. He made our experience so enjoyable and he was also instrumental to ensuring the weekend ran smoothly. We really couldn't recommend this venue more.

If I had one piece of constructive feedback, it would just be that the head coordinator, Lindsay, was sometimes tricky to get in contact with via telephone for things like making our deposit and final payment for the venue.

The quality and value were fantastic, especially considering they helped with set up and clean up and made sure our guests were comfortable and had everything they needed during the reception. The planning, food, staff and day of coordination couldn't have been better. I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. We had our wedding here on 4.13.24 and it was a dream. All of our guests were blown away by the cocktail hour spread and dinner courses (the food really was so delicious).The venue itself is naturally beautiful, and the location is excellent, with beautiful views of the Hudson even on a cloudy day. We had several guests say this was the best wedding they have every been to! I thank Victor for being so amazing throughout the entire planning process. Despite having to plan our wedding from Dallas, he was flexible with our schedules, and always had open communication. He gives you the confidence that he and his staff will take care of making your wedding celebration excellent and that is what they did. We were lucky to have Victor there the night of our wedding taking care of the details and coordinating all of the transitions of the night and made sure everything ran smoothly. He was a joy to work with. The staff was wonderful as well, all nice and professional. I recommend this venue to anyone for any event, but especially your wedding.

Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.
