I have spent over 20 years in gourmet kitchens across the world. When I came to Texas in 2009 I fell in love with Southern cuisine. After many years in luxury hotels across DFW, in 2016 I created Tex-Med cuisine (modern Mediterranean with a Texan twist) which combines the food of my homeland with the flavors of Texas. My wife, Stephanie, and I opened Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen in 2019 and began offering catering services shortly after.

Naborly Provisions founder, Krista Nabors Dick, has been serving clients and guests for over 10 years in the hospitality industry. With experience spanning from boutique resorts to luxury catering companies and venues, Krista identified a gap in the industry and was inspired to create a new brand that would fulfill the needs of her clients, industry partners, and community: delectable food, impeccable service and a simplistic approach.
