Wolf Treats was born in 2018 when I got my first stand mixer as a gift. I fell in love with the science experiment of baking and the art & creativity of making my baked goods look as good as they taste. I'm also a wife and I'm a mom to a pretty cool kid. Outside of baking and trying new cake/cupcake/cookie trends, I enjoy reading, riding my bike, singing badly, and listening to podcasts (true crime podcasts and business podcasts. What a combo).

Hello! We are Philip Enlow and Beth Richardson, the husband and wife duo behind Spotz Gelato. We’re a southern couple with a background in hobby farming and a passion for locally sourced Kentucky food. While in the midst of successful careers in the corporate sector, we dreamed of branching out into a new business that interested us both. Inspired by the sweet, creamy gelato on a trip overseas, Spotz Gelato was born in 2013!

Hi! I started making cakes at the beginning of 2019 and realized quickly that I could do this ALL DAY. I love that cakes aren't just for eating. While they are soooo delicious they are also beautiful and symbols of celebration. Whether it's painted buttercream, classical piping, or ephemeral 3D florals, A cake can elevate a party, it can create a focal point, and best of all, it can be that wedding accessory that helps us create those memories we will cherish forever. I think it’s hard in this day and age for a lot of people to stop and appreciate something that is so detailed and crafted by hand, to imagine that every stamen, every petal, every bud, every calyx, and every color is made individually and then combined together to make a sugar flower. Often hundreds of steps. Then each flower, each stem of leaves, is combined to make an entire sugar flower arrangement. One cake. When I started out I mainly did cupcakes, but through the years my great 12 years of being in business, I have mastered so many other things. I now do small cakes. 2-3 tiered cakes, sheet cakes, as well as candy fruit, chocolate covered strawberries and other fruit as well. I also do cake pops which are a very big item at a wedding.
