Smith Farm was perfect for our wedding! We had a little over 200 guests. SF was affordable, beautiful and had everything we needed! Donna was extremely helpful and went above & beyond what I asked. They thought of everything which made things so much easier on us. Highly recommend for budget conscious couples with a large guest list and those looking for an amazing indoor/outdoor venue.

Black Oak Mountain Vineyards is a dream wedding venue. This is MY perfect spot after touring it...there was no need to look at any other venues. Seriously. Jane and her team blew me away. They're SO creative and fun to work with. The vineyard views are breathtaking as well as the Villa. You can really see forever and I love how private the entire property is. The planning team is top-notch so far and I chose their in-house bar service.. They're helping me bring all my wild ideas to life. We're even planning a silent disco for the reception afterparty! What I love most is how they let me be me and have encouraged all of my ideas for my wedding theme. If you want a venue that's gorgeous, creative, and eco-friendly, check out Black Oak Mountain Vineyards. You won't regret it. I can't wait for my big day. The oldest house in Philo (1888), it was Anderson Valley’s first post office and stagecoach stop that decades later was the Philo Pottery Inn. During the painstaking restoration we did using nearly all salvaged materials, its secrets and history began to resurface. We were constantly discovering little finds, over 200 1880's old glass bottles buried on the grounds to the headline clad 1915 newspaper lined walls in the main house. It’s been part remodel and archeological dig. Now it’s ready to host events & make fresh memories for decades to come. A few years ago we were lucky enough to add 20+ acres of open meadow lands & forest contiguous to TKO for events & glamping and built an amphitheater by Indian Creek in the woods. We can host up to 100 and have have 12 bedrooms in three fab houses, plus glamping tents. There are so many ways to utilize the property and also vintage trailers and wacky Japanese cars to get creative with. Come see for yourself and be part of its evolving history.

This venue is simply like no other... from the moment you arrive you know you're somewhere special where you want to get married. The ceremony and reception site were soo cool and we were able to choose from several different parts of the property on site (for the main day and other activities throughout our event with different guests visiting). We actually hosted our close family and friends there in the main house from the 1800s as well as the cool cabin and even some in glamping bell tents on the meadow at the top of the magical creekside redwood amphitheater. There were also some rad cars (we loved the tiny red firetruck, VW buses and retro camper trailers!) & chairs and other things we rented from Mary who was not only accommodating but great to help us with ideas, vendors, what to do before and during our event/stay. We would highly recommend for anyone wanting something unexpected and unique. We looked at other options at wineries and in the redwoods, but found the Knotty Oak had elements of that but with touches that felt unique as we are and special as we wanted our celebration with our loved ones to feel.

You have access to a beautiful historic mansion with a beautiful backyard and hot tub, a rustic-yet-upscale barn with glimmering string lights, a charming riverside cottage, a gorgeous yurt where we hosted a soundbath and yoga, absolutely stunning glamping tents, and breathtaking trails. The entire weekend, all our guests kept noting how beautiful the property is, and how carefully and thoughtfully maintained. You can tell love and intention was put into every single piece of furniture, and there are incredible amenities, including rain boots, umbrellas, blankets for chilly nights, and so much more. We felt help, taken care of, and very grateful for the opportunity to host our unforgettable event here. The staff is top notch, and always available to assist you with any needs you may have. Everything is perfectly organized, so it made wedding planning as breezy as possible. We also worked with local farmers to source our food, wine, and flowers, and we could not have asked for better options. Many of our friends expressed that they hoped to get married at WhisperTree too, or to host a retreat, because it truly is the most unforgettable property in Northern California. We cannot recommend it more highly!

After searching high and low, my husband and I decided on the Ranch at Stoney Creek. From the moment we stepped on the property, the beauty took our breaths away. From the pond at the entrance to the barn and grass area, to the upper area in the trees and grape vines where we had our ceremony. Michelle and Leon have the perfect property for that rustic/country wedding feel. One of the highlights I felt that made a difference was the fact that there are rooms on the property for the bridal party to stay at. Since we lived in Utah and all our friends are still in California, it was a great bonding experience to spend the weekend with them. All in all, they do a great job to keep the weekend running smooth. I would highly recommend this venue!

It is very clean and well kept, so it's easy to decorate and add your own touches without having to do a lot of extra work. The venue hosts are generous with smiles and communication and offer local accommodations for groups and great hospitality. As a caterer, I LOVE working in this space! Jeriko Estate was amazing for our special day. The winery and grounds created the perfect vibe for our ceremony and reception. Rustic with the right amount of elegance. After the beautiful courtyard ceremony, we toasted with Jeriko Estate’s amazing Brut Rose under the 100-year-old olive tree. Everyone loved the wine bar and the outside covered arbors overlooking the vineyards. The large press room was awesome for our reception dinner and dancing and saved us from the warm summer afternoon heat. One of the best parts of having our wedding at Jeriko was the onsite lodging. The wedding party stayed in the main Jeriko house that sleeps seventeen and other guests booked the casitas and homes on the property. Jennifer and the rest of the Jeriko staff made our wedding stress free and were a delight to work with. We highly recommend Jeriko estate if you’re planning a special day!

Julietta Winery is located just 20 minutes south of downtown Sacramento, in the beautiful rural town of Clarksburg, CA. Our winery provides beautiful indoor and outdoor settings. Enjoy the serenity of a gentle flowing waterway that runs the length of the property and a variety of colorful flowers, trees, and grapevines throughout, the delta breezes, and gorgeous sunsets. The large lush grass area can accommodate a tent for additional covered event space. Anything you can imagine, we can make happen! Whether you are planning a large group or a small intimate event we have the prefect space to make the day special. You can use a caterer of your choice, or there is plenty of space for food trucks.

Our wedding was going to be on the smaller side but I still wanted it to be more special than just taking place in a hotel conference room. This was a completely DIY wedding, which I was personally funding, and I was doing my best to keep costs under control without compromising quality. After doing countless hours of research online about weddings and venues, it seemed everything would come with a huge price tag - far beyond my budget. I was worried that the challenges I was facing would be insurmountable and I'd have to settle for less than what I'd dreamed of. I knew I wanted to hold it at a winery, preferably one with beautiful views and perhaps a water feature. Clarksburg, being only 15 minutes from my house, was the region I wanted to explore. After visiting two other wineries in the area - one of which had a less than ideal location and poor customer service, and the other that was nice but WAY out of my price range for a 60-person guestlist - my final visit was to Julietta Winery. One of the owners, Julie, gave us the tour and we were immediately grateful for her attentiveness and input. When she showed us the back barn by the slough, I knew this could be the perfect venue! It was private, had separate but adjacent areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, plenty of nearby private parking, loads of charm, and was absolutely gorgeous. It was somewhat of a blank slate, but had special features like chandeliers in the barn and fountains throughout the grounds, and with a few added touches it could certainly be a creative bride's dream. Her suggestions, examples and expertise solidified that conclusion. After seeing the private ceremony site, the reception area and the bridal suite, we were invited back to the main building for a tasting. Unlike the other venues we had visited, all of the wines were equally delicious, further settling the decision to get married there. I even joined the wine club that day. Another thing that set Julietta Winery apart was that they allowed me to bring in my own vendors. A lot of places won't do this. Since I was putting 100% of my effort into making this a wonderful event, it was helpful to have this leeway and I was able to choose my DJ, musicians, photographer, "day of coordinator", transportation, baker and caterer. Julie and her staff were so accommodating, and Julie even took on the task of being an additional "day of" coordinator and "calmer of nerves". The wedding turned out to be everything I could have hoped for and more, and every single guest was amazed by the beautiful venue, the quality wine and the service received. It was perfect in every single way. I just wish I could share pictures with this review. We're so grateful to Julietta Winery!

We rented Golden Hill Ranch for an intimate wedding celebration. The property is stunning, and the pool is so much fun for hanging out during the day. If you’re hosting friends or family from out of town, this is a great option as you can use the property for the pool during the daytime and then use lawn for the evening events. The staff were great and we were so happy with how everything turned out!
