“We feel so lucky to have found Andrew as our wedding photographer. He has an incredible eye for the editorial style and makes his photos into works of art with golden light and chiaroscuro. So many photographers just rely on their high-res equipment but don't offer anything more--I don't want a macro shot of every pore or line on my face like an owl in a tree at 100 yards, I want to have a sense of magic and beauty in every photo. Andrew actually does that. I almost cried when I saw our first look photos because I don't feel very confident being photographed and I finally had dozens of photos of myself and my husband that I want to share with friends immediately and cherish forever. He delivered the first look so fast, even though I know he was busy working another wedding; I thought for sure we would have to wait longer. The wedding package we chose included very nice touches like polaroids so we had something in hand at the end of the wedding day itself, too. It was very thoughtful and left us feeling good about the whole experience right away. He was very personal and nice to work with, but not intrusive, and went with the little schedule changes we had, and was open to suggestions while we took post-ceremony photos around the city. I am a fine art photographer living in the United States. I am currently based in Florida and have a studio in Tampa, FL. I was born in Cuba but moved to Orlando with my large family in '97. I started my photography in 2015 but have been involved with being on both sides of the lens and learning photography since 2011. We're Jaira + Jesse. We’re equal parts homebodies and avid travelers. We had a traditional wedding, and while it was the right decision for us at the time, looking back it could’ve been so much more intentional, focused on us + our relationship, and the things we’re the most passionate about. Because of that, we have grown to be super passionate and dedicated to helping couples create elopements and intimate weddings that are the truest reflection of themselves in the places that inspire them the most and documenting that for them.
